I need to improve numbers 2. and 6. in my life. What about you 😉 ?
Not sure about point 2, most fun lies within there.
That's why I use it all the time in RL 😃 !

Why should criticism be only about strengths? I am thinking it is usually the opposite. I would mope about weakness in a system.
It's probably meant that you should also highlight the positive things instead of just listing negatives. It could probably be better explained in that manifesto.
In some cases there might only be negatives. If someone offered an honest criticism about my negative attributes, it would help me to work on it and it would be the most constructive. And if we are not targeting the person... the negative things might be about the idea or the work which is fair if deserved.
It probably depends on the person who is receiving it. I know some people, who wouldn't take me seriously, if I was pointed out only their negatives 😃 .
Subjective constructive criticism then... 😃
Well... (f*ck 😃 😃 😃 ) . Can we atleast agree upon the rest of the points 😃 ?
Yeah, 6 for me too. With #1, I don't like the order- you end up kind of saying, "you're really good, but..."
I would rather cut to the chase and discuss problems, then finish on the positives. But that's just one fish's opinion... 😉
Looks like the first point is the weakest out of those. I also find it misleading, but for different reason - if you Google "Feedback Sandwich", you actually get several pictures of burgers 😃 .
Well, hard to go wrong with burgers!
