@Wild - gobba's calculator is completely different, it can only be used with existing companies and doesn't let you change any of the settings.
The fact that you can change any setting here and watch the profit grow/shrink with it instantly is what made this calculator so complex to create

Gobba, thanks for trying to steal my thunder here, but your calculator is about 50% of mine, not to mention it looks horribly confusing. Interface is just as important as functionality, it has to be fun to use.
I encourage people to try both and then decide

EQ how much is BB paying you? I tried the demo and am not quite sure where the 3G advantage is over the free ones. Also, you don't need to code to make these calculations, I've seen it done with excel spreadsheets : 0

1. Not even able to login with firefox
2. IE in firefox got an error of somekind that needs debugging.
3. OK, in IE7 its ok but:
3.1 What about beeing able to have more than 10 employees in one firm ?

I've not used it because the Demo doesn't load and I am not paying gold for something I can get for free but I am certain it rocks knowing whom the author is.

This tool is highly inaccurate. I prefer the more accurate formulae I found on the Wiki, which are still off a bit but are much closer. If I had more than 1 company, I might write up my own program, but until then I do it all by hand on a simple calculator.
Could be better eg export, delete employee, tax and what not

@el_mundo: He already have commented that his calculator is more complex, that is beyond a calculator, is a planner. You can simulate how would your company do with less workers, more, paying people more, gifting some guy, etc.. is flexible.
Also, is different proyects with different ideas. Theres Gnome and KDE, Vi and Emacs, Windows and Linux, ... etc.. .the myth of "One shoes fit all" is that, a myth. There will be people that will love this one and others that will love the other one.
Also, seems this one is on "active developpment". This is very important, since It means theres a process of enhancing it, adding features, fixing bugs. I like the egobba one, but It smell like is a "closed proyect" (I could be wrong, but is my impression).

I made my own program that helps me calculate )
It is simple and it doesn't have api included ...
But i made it with Visual Basic 2008 and it works great it took me about 7 days to make it )
If anyone wants it i am willing to send the program )
