12. Applicable law

Irish law is exclusively applicable for all legal matters in regard to eRepublik.

And don't say to me, there is a renvoi in the irish law.

Sajnos én nem tudok elég jól angolul hogy magam tegyem meg de szeretnék megkérni egy angolul és románul jól tudó embert/embereket, akik egy típuslevelet fogalmaznak a 2 nyelven amiben benne foglaltatik hogy:

-Az Európai Unió szabályai, illetve mindhárom ország (Románia, Magyarország, Írország) törvényei tiltják az etnikai alapú negatív megkülönböztetést
-A jogerős bírói döntés nélküli vádaskodást
-felhívják az adminok figyelmét arra, hogy még egy ilyen internetes játékot is, mint ez eRepublik kötik a hatályos törvények és a döntéseiket azekkel szembeszállva ugyan meghozhatják, de ez sem a játék illetve sem az ő befektetőiknek az érdekeit nem szolgálja akiktől a fizetést kapják.

Ezt a típuslevelet felhasználhatná mindenki a fellebbezésekhez, illetve alapul szolgálhatna az esetleges későbbi sajtókampányhoz.
