When great people serve a great nation, legends are born.

eUSA is the greatest eNation in the history of the interwebs.

Liquid Oxygen will stand among the all time greatest to have served this Nation.

I have assumed the role of chief statistician among the great men and women of the Special Forces. What I have observed under the authority of Liquid Oxygen has been a 34% increase in the number of active daily Special Forces fighters. Considering the requirements for membership in SF, there is no more important statistic than this one.

During Liquid Oxygen's tenure, there have been organizational improvements. There have been IRC innovations. There have been policy improvements. We've had to deal with game mechanics changes. There has been the daily, intense, ongoing war against Spain.

And through all of this Liquid Oxygen has piloted the most Elite force of soldiers in the eUSA to a 34% increase in activity. This is not a 34% increase among ordinary soldiers. This is a massive increase among the most massive hitters eUSA brings to battle.

Liquid Oxygen has served the eUSA with Honor and leaves his post as CO deserving of your utmost respect.

I speak for the entire Elite Fighting Force of the USAF Special Forces as I say, "Thank You Liquid Oxygen for your profoundly excellent service to the eUSA. You leave the SF in tip top shape. May your successor imitate your success."
