Stuck in Slovenia?

Day 910, 12:34 Published in Austria United Kingdom by Thomas765

Did you wake up this morning, log on and find yourself stuck in Slovenia? You find out that you cannot move directly from Slovenia to Austria and you have to go by a third country but do not use any of the following countries as your 'third country': United Kingdom, Brazil, Serbia, Russia, Indonesia, Iran, Germany and Turkey.

I would recommend that you buy two moving tickets and move to Bolivia and then to Austria. Several people have already used Bolivia as their third country destination as a gateway into Austria.

I can't afford two tickets, what should I do?

I recommend that you contact the Ministry of Health or the "rotes kreuz" that can send you tickets to get you back to Styria or any other region of Austria. But there are other options, if you rather not wait a while for your free tickets to arrive, you could always ask a friend if they can buy you some and make a deal regarding it (i.e. to pay them back later).

Which would be cheaper, buying a ticket here in Slovenia or asking someone to buy one in Austria?

The price of a moving ticket in Slovenia is around 5.7 SIT but in Austria it is around 16.6 ATS, now let's convert this into gold to find out which is actually cheaper:

5.7 SIT is around 0.17 Gold whereas the 16.6 ATS is around 0.21 Gold. There isn't that much of a difference but if you'd rather you saved your gold then buy your ticket in Slovenia rather than Austria.

The country that sells the cheapest moving tickets is France with a price of 0.15 Gold (or 5.2 FRF). So if you want one from France you're best to contact a friend.
