Squiddy - The future and Random Ramblings

Day 442, 13:30 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Jiizm
Squiddy, thanks for the interview, I’d just like to ask you for a few predictions for the future, and then a few other questions, just, you know, cos I can:

Who do you think will win the CP elections and why?
I think it's anyone's race really. Any number of things can determine the outcome, candidates dropping out, deciding not to run, coalitions and then of course there are always those bizarre elections when someone totally and completely random wins for some unknown reason. (See: AngelFeather; London) Again, not really applicable any more. Sorry about that

In short; I would never like to guess who would win in an Erepublik election.

Which party do you believe will be dominant in the months to come?
I think that the balance of power is shifting from the previous 2 title holders; PCP and UKRP.

Both TUP and MDU are now fielding an incredibly active team of congressmen and politicians. I think over time you will begin to see more and more new TUP and MDU faces popping up but fewer and fewer new UKRP and PCP faces. Of course, this could have already come and gone within a few months.

Ultimately though, in the months to come, I think both UKRP and PCP will still be in power, but I feel that it's the beginning of the end for their positions as the most dominant parties in the UK.

What do you believe will be the major fighting grounds in political discussion over the next week weeks/months?
I have a feeling that a certain matter of Foreign Affairs, (yet to be declassified), will most likely be a popular topic for the immediate future and depending on how that progresses possible the next month or so too.

There are actually a couple of things within the realms of Foreign Affairs that I feel will be highly discussed in the near future; unfortunately I cannot release any details about them - so I apologise to any readers that found this section rather.. unappealing.

Do you anticipate any difficulties in the eUK in the foreseeable future?
I think one of the biggest domestic difficulties we'll have will be between the political party's themselves. The atmosphere of late has been none too friendly. There have been a number of controversial and politically upsetting situations as of late and I don't expect that to stop any time soon.

Although, I shouldn't feel too bad, as I was told when trying to implement my Red & Yellow Card system for politicians; That's just how politics is. Deal with it.

I only hope they remember this wonderful piece of advice.

Would you like to see a monarch in the eUK?
No.

What’s your favourite sundae?
Strawberry.

Who will win the next congress elections?
As in party? MDU or TUP.

If you could have one person to join TUP, who would it be and why?
Final Destiny; He's a founder of TUP, a highly senior politician, selfless and an awesome person really.

Bob Boblo or Taytaz?
Cyanide.

Brown sauce or red?
Brown.

PCP or UKRP or MDU?
PCP.

Skiing or Surfing?
Snow Surfing.

Too hot or too cold?
Too hot.

If you could win a Boblo award, what would it be for?
Uhm, there are Boblo awards?

Marmite: Love it? Or hate it?
Sometimes I love it, sometimes I hate it. I'm a strange one aren't I.

eRep or crack?
Erep.

eRep or Sex?
Sex.

That's all from me folks, thanks for this great interview Jiizm, I'd love to come back again another time.

I'm sure that can be arranged Mr. Squiddy Sir. Perhaps when you finally get around to running this country?

Anyway, thank you to all my readers. I hope to get news to you very soon of my next interview.

If anyone would like to put themselves foreward, or knows somebody they believe I should be talking too, please contact me through PM.
