Southern Hemisphere Showdown

Day 882, 14:28 Published in Canada Canada by Auk Rest

Greetings everyone, it is Tuesday, which means that I'm publishing my weekly war review. It sucks for people like me. Why does it suck? Because there is almost nothing to report lately! (Well, on world affairs that is). Let's begin.

South Africa is Free (Almost)

After Indonesia's win against Australia in Western Australia last week, Brazil defeated Australia's South African territory, ending any chance for Australia to liberate South Africa. South Africa, however, showed they can do it alone (with EDEN).

After Brazil captured the Australian territory in South Africa, they decided to resistance war the territory back, letting them focus on titanium in Gauteng plus the regions surrounding it. However, this territory Brazil captured were only two regions. South Africa succeeded in all other resistance wars until Brazil was down to Gauteng and Mpumalanga.

South Africa attacked Gauteng, and with EDEN support, Brazil lost their precious titanium. However, there was still Mpumalanga. At the same time, a resistance war was initiated and Croatia and Sweden got bloody and succeeded in freeing the territory. Brazil was now out of South Africa.

(Brazil was sad when they lost titanium!)

South Africa attacked Argentina in Limpopo, but this time, PHOENIX was more prepared and Hungary came out to support their allies and Argentina can breath relief that they still have their titanium.

Resistance Wars and a Liberated Paris

While South Africa tangled with Brazil, PHOENIX raged many resistance wars across surviving Spanish and Polish territory in France and Germany. PHOENIX succeeded in all of these, including Paris Isle of France. The French now had their greatest city back after longtime Polish occupation. Spain lost their resistance wars in every region but Saxony, where EDEN won a hard fought battle.

The Eiffel Tower is lit once again as Paris is liberated

Conclusion

Most of the focus of recent news has been in the Southern Hemisphere, which is strange since the country of Grayica occupies most of the southern hemisphere, plus South America, but the South Americans are all in an alliance together. Resistance wars have given France and Germany much of their territory back and still there is little else to report.

Also: I do intend to run for congress under Canadian Progressive Front this month. My platform will be out in a few days.
