Well drawing conclusions and presenting them based on the pre information of any erepublik update is like quoting a drunk meth head at a busy train station.

Well there is several clues . The classic bomber drone body shape. A bomb that fell and a target hit on the ground.

So it seems we will produce bombers at the highest level and maybe shells at lower levels . Or different airplanes with different hitting powers or different speeds. It seems that strength will not have an effect like in current fighting it requiring volume more than individual ability. Or they may bring out a new skill.. We may even see all normal bombs disappearing.
