Smashing Ideas
Hello eFilipinos it's Kymomo and I would like to clear through the boring articles and bring you an article about possible suggestions for the ePhilippines.

===Suggestion One===</strong>
My first suggestion to help the Philippines become more organized is that an article with every cabinet post(taken or not) would be published to keep transparency in the government and an opportunity for citizens to find a post they are interested in. The way this would work is that on the fifth of each month the president would post a list of all the cabinet positions(he can choose to add positions or take away positions) and then we would keep the article for that term up to date with the names of people in each cabinet position and cabinet positions that still need citizens. It would work like the "classified" section in a RL newspaper each position will have a basic description, requirements, and (possible) pay.
===Suggestion Two===
Open Discussions, that's what this whole game is based on but sadly there is very little opportunity for it in the ePhillipines. Of course you can say the country forum offers it but sadly, it does not because you can't really have a "brain storming" session if each person takes 5-6 hours to respond to something. My suggestion for this is that we utilize the eRepublik chat as a "hangout" and a relaxation place for eFilippinos. We would use the Rizon IRC as a "situation room" and "government" channel because it offers password protection and scripts to make it more suitable for official use but it doesn't have that easy interface that the eRepublik chat has. Of course the forums would be used, but there really isn't much of a purpose for it unless you want something "down on paper".

The final suggestion that I come to you with is the "Anarchy Project". What exactly is this you ask, well it's the gradual lowering of taxes, demilitarization (excluding training wars), unifying of parties, and closing of borders. The way this benefits the ePhilippines is that commodities will be cheaper, there will be little threat of invasion, unifying of administration, and it will stop PTO's in their tracks. You may say that this is impossible but if we lower taxes each week, end wars and make sure only the most trustworthy get into congress and get citizenship then this future could be here within 2 months. Of course it won't be 100% anarchy as the government will still be in charge of "Impeachments" and "New Citizen Messages" it would make our country a lot safer.

oh, I forgot, voted, but closing borders is not such a good idea in this life or real life. I see in you a lot of anger towards foreigners in general and any deviation from the game, what ever you might consider that be. WHY??? why you hate some things so much? why are you such a perfectionist?

lolwut...I meant that we should close the borders and only let people in after a background check otherwise we might be susceptible to PTO.
i dont agree on lowering taxes and closing our borders. And a little about demilitarization.
If someone could just build a PTO activity chart, it would show that PTOs are declining because it is mostly used on new enations.
Lowering taxes....it might be the end for our funds. Plus, it would constantly make the Department of Finance in red alert.
Demilitarization is risky since E/F is now becoming the most powerful alliance in eworld and ePhilippines is a member of PEACE, that as an article said, is having internal problems. But, since we have good relations with US, i think they can spare us....i hope they would spare us.
Hmmmm, unifying of parties.....did you meet victor joe? This is a good idea because it could, sorry, it WOULD automatically spot PTOers. But I think it would be hard if we would centralized all parties, not just the process but our elife after it.

Notice that suggestion is only one, and I agree that PTO's are declining but not single people trying to get elected just for gold. As for funds, we have 1000 gold at the ready and demilitarization is risky right now but if EDEN/Broallience gets to close it might be the only option because we know we won't stand a chance.
What's "victor joe" and I agree it would 99% wipe out PTO threats.

Nope, that was not an insult. look around you Kymomo, a lot of 14 or 15 year old citizens are in the ePhil, Purge0809, EZEX Lacroa, Roymustang, Anarchist. And to think that we're already getting old in this world, and leading it. I personally think everyone who joined eRepublik is one hell of an intelligent being, don't you agree?
