Beste burgers van eNederland,

Vandaag richt ik mijzelf niet tot de regering van eNederland, congres van eNederland of mijn partij (Democratisch Nederland), maar tot jullie: De bevolking van eNederland. Jullie hebben het recht om te weten wat op de achtergrond (forum debat en voting van congres) word besloten voor eNederland. Normaal gesproken mag dit volgens de wetten die ik als congreslid heb aanvaard niet, maar gezien het feit dat er nu een publieke discussie is losgebarsten over onze huidige president ElGorro die volgens sommige leden van Iron&Wine, zijn taken als president omtrent de onderhandelingen over onze regios met de Poolse president heeft verzaakt. Ik vind alleen dat jullie als burger hierbij wel het recht hebben om de toedracht te weten maar vooral ook om voor jullie een beeld te maken wat nu eigenlijk gebeurd is.


TOEDRACHT
Op 29 september heeft voormalig president van eNederland, MaartenW, op het forum van eNederland in het subforum ”debat” aangegeven dat hij te trots was om onderhandelingen te voeren. Hierbij vroeg hij ofdat Vice-President van eNederland, Broersje, dit wilde doen. Ook gaf MaartenW aan dat het congres van eNederland een voting kon houden over welke regios ze het liefste terug zouden willen krijgen zodra de onderhandelingen gestart zouden worden met de Poolse president. MaartenW heeft dit niet met Polen onderhandeld.


VOTING IN CONGRES
Op 30 september is er door de ex-president MaartenW een voting in het congres gestart over welke regios het congres graag wilde terugkrijgen, dit zou worden meegenomen in de onderhandelingen met de Poolse president. De opties die de congresleden hadden waren:
- Noord en Zuid-Nederland
- Noord en Oost-Nederland
- Neutraal

Beide opties zouden eNederland iets te bieden geven. Noord en Zuid-Nederland zou ons een kans geven om een trainingsoorlog met eBelgië te kunnen bespreken, maar Noord en Oost-Nederland zou ons een bonus geven van 20% op voedsel. Gezien mijn positie als congreslid van eNederland mag ik niet de stemmen van mensen openbaar maken, enkel als de personen in kwestie hiermee in stemmen. Huidige president ElGorro stemde voor Noord en Oost-Nederland, en stemde dus voor de voedselbonus variant.

De uitkomst van de congresvoting was de volgende:
Noord en Zuid-Nederland: 9 stemmen
Noord en Oost-Nederland: 7 stemmen
Neutraal: 2 stemmen

Hierdoor stemde het congres voor om bij de onderhandelingen met de Poolse president de regios Noord en Zuid-Nederland terug te krijgen.


WAT IS NU HET PROBLEEM
Ja dat vroeg ik mij gisteren ook heel erg af. De huidige president ElGorro heeft 2 dagen geleden een artikel geplaatst waarin hij aangeeft dat hij met de uitkomst van de congresvote de onderhandelingen met de Poolse president is ingestapt. Ik quote nu even een stukje uit het artikel van de president:

“Uiteindelijk is er een overeenkomst gesloten tussen mij en de Poolse President. In het kort hebben we afgesproken dat we Zuid en Noord Nederland terugkregen. Mocht Polen West of Oost Nederland kwijt raken, dienen wij Polen als Natural Enemy te verklaren. Dan zal Polen onze regio's innemen en direct daarna Zuid en Noord Nederland weer teruggeven. Als wij deze 'service' niet verlenen, heeft Polen aangegeven ons voor minimaal 2 of 3 maanden volledig te bezetten. Mocht deze situatie zich voordoen dan zal ik het Congres laten kiezen wat onze volgende stap zal zijn.”

Hierin geeft de president dus aan dat wij Noord en Zuid-Nederland, zoals congres gestemd had terug zullen krijgen. Wel is er een kantlijn in deze overeenkomst. Van ons word nu geeist dat wij Polen indien we West en Oost-Nederland terugkrijgen, als “Natuurlijke vijand” moeten instellen zodat hun ons kunnen heroveren en daarna weer dezelfde opzet kunnen oprichten. Het Congres zal hiervoor nog steeds invloed hebben, omdat de mening van het Congres zal worden gevraagd voordat we Polen als Natural Enemy zullen verklaren.

Alle Ministers zijn op de hoogte gebracht van de plannen. Wat er na de onderhandelingen niet is gedaan, is het uiteindelijke voorstel aan het Congres voorgeleggen en goedkeuring vragen. Het had misschien beter geweest om dit wel te doen, om deze problemen die hier nu over bestaan te voorkomen. Verder zijn we overgeleverd aan de goedheid en eerlijkheid van de Poolse president (en komende presidenten), maar dat is geen nieuwe ontwikkeling. Dit speelde ook al voor de onderhandelingen.

Op de vraag ofdat ik nu nog vertrouwen heb in de president: Ja, die heb ik volkomen. Elk mens maakt fouten en daarvan leer je ook weer en ik vind het onnodig om hem nu uit zijn functie te ontzetten doormiddel van een impeachment, als die vote er toch komt zal ik ertegen zijn.

Dear citizens of eNetherlands,

Today i dont focus myself to the government of eNetherlands, congress of eNetherlands or my own party (Democratic Netherlands), but to you: The population of eNetherlands. You have a right to know what on the background (forum debate and voting in congress) will be decided for eNetherlands. Usually speaking this is not allowed according to the laws that i’ve accepted as a congressmember, but given that there is now a debate erupted about our current president ElGorro which some members of Iron&Wine says that he has neglects his duties as president about the negotiation of our regions with the Polish president. I think that you as citizens have a right to know the facts but also to give you a picture of what actually have happened.


FACTS
On the 29th of September, former President of eNetherlands, MaartenW, has posted on the Congress debate forum, he was to proud to start negotiations with Poland. He asked our former Vice-President, broersje, to start negotiations if he wanted. Also MaartenW, started a Vote in Congress to see what regions they want to get back.



VOTING IN CONGRESS
On september 30 is by the former president MaartenW a voting started in congress about which regions we wanted to get back, this would take in consideration into the negotiations with the Polish president. The options that the congressmembers had were:
- North and South Netherlands
- North and East Netherlands
- Neutral

Both options had something to offer to eNetherlands. North and South Netherlands would give us a chance to discuss a training war with eBelgium, but North and East Netherlands would give us a bonus of 20% on food. Given my position as a congressmember of eNetherlands i can not make public the voting of other congressmembers, only if the persons in question agree to it. Current President ElGorro voted for North and East Netherlands, and therefore voted for the food bonus variant.

The outcome of the congress voting was as follows:
North and South Netherlands: 9 votes
North and East Netherlands: 7 votes
Neutraal: 2 votes

Therefore congress voted that, when negotiations with the Polish president started that the regions north and south were the regions that congress wanted to get back.


WHAT IS NOW THE PROBLEM
I was wondering the same yesterday. The current president ElGorro has posted an article two days ago, in which he used the congress voting results in the negotiations with the Polish president. The quote below is from the article of the President:

“After some negotiations, there was an agreement between me and the Polish President. In short, we agreed the Netherlands would get Southern and Northern Netherlands back. And if Poland will lose Western or Eastern Netherlands, we will declare Poland Natural Enemy. Poland will again take our regions, and directly after that, give Southern and Northern Netherlands back. If we don’t give them this ‘service’, they will occupy us for at least two to three months. If this will happen, I will ask congress what to decide what the next step will be.”

The President tells us here, he got us North and Southern Netherlands back, as voted by Congress. There is a sideline on this. Poland demands us to declare Natural Enemy on them, if they lose Western and/or Eastern Netherlands. So they can wipe us and give us our given regions back. Congress still have influence on that, because the opinion of the Congress will be asked before declaring Poland as Natural Enemy.

All Ministers were aware of these plans. What not happened, after the negotiantions, was presenting it to Congress and ask for their approvement. It may have been better to have done that, to have prevent the problems we now have. Also we are in the hands of the Polish President (and next Presidents), but that isnt new. This was the same as before the negotiations.

If I still have faith in our President? Yes, I have. Every human makes mistakes, where we can learn of and it’s unnecessary to impeach him. If someone starts a vote for that, I will vote No.
