Shell Shocked
OKayOK
eSouth Africa has gone through a lot lately. We have been attacked by the Channers and we have survived but unfortunately I think the whole ordeal has put eSA in to some form of shell shock. I have seen fewer articles than we are used to having and I believe this is a sign of the countries vitals.
I challenge all eSouth Africans to keep you activity up. Try write more articles and let’s get the forum pumping. Just sitting on IRC and saying nothing is not really chatting (really, go look up the definition of chatting).
I hope this country does not stagnate because of what has happened.
Regards
Mark

Thanks Mark. I've been leading the charge of inactivity. I think the hacks, election stress and foreign relations stress has really set in on us during Christmas time. I'm going to do my best to keep active over the next few weeks, but it's tough with so many friends to see and family to spend time with.
Keep the phuza up, everybody!
If we do nothing, we might as well have let the channers win.
Go back to what you're doing before there even was a thought of channers.
Oh, and Ines, ya might want to check the forums.
Has it been bombarded with the hashtag "gorilla penis"?
I think the festive season might have something to do with the inactivity as well. How does it compare to previous Decembers?
Duck_now: ditto, I've been posting on it for the past hour. 😉
N4ked, Frank's been basically kicking Ines while she was away...
: / hope things will get better
I'm in and actual joined the forum.
You have to attribute some inactivity to the Holiday season.
Hell, if I wasn't a broke student, I'd be passed out almost permanently 😛
I'm sure things will pick up in the new year 😉
Many of use are taking a well deserved break. Even if it is only for a few days.
And I still don't have access to the new forums. I heard it's great. The front page is cool 🙂
I've just started playing, so forgive my ignorance, but who were the channers?
They were a bunch of players that took pleasure in destroying things. They went as far as placing a keylogger on our Presidents computer, hacking all her accounts and generally making her life kak
On top of that, half our country is in the hands of Brazil and Indonesia. It looks like we've been having some terrible luck.
No really mate, there was a time when there was no eSA
Mark Morcom is a boob
I have to agree that the season may have an impact as well... I've basically been two-clicking and following eSAAF orders for the last two weeks... but then again I'm a vicar in RL, so Christmas is a busy season!
But Mark, you're right. Life in eSA has lacked its old vibrancy. I've barely looked at the forums since the hack, and when my offer to serve was met with a tepid response I just pulled back...
So thanks for the article. Voted.
wow i dropped off the map when ajay was still around than a week later he got banned oh well. Still have been following things though. Have we had an election without some sort of threat like exillious ajay channers etc
