Serbia/Romania peace proposal - Serbia in Atlantis?

Serbian Government, great friend of Hungary, made peace proposal toward Romania today:

What is behind that proposal?
Romanian and Serbian Government made agreement to close war in order to protect Romania from Hungarian attack from southern border, in exchange for Romanian lobby for Serbian entrance in Atlantis over Croatian veto. Since Serbia don't have confirmed status in PEACE, and are waiting too long, and are surrounded by Croatia and Romania (Atlantis countries), their new course in politics is to leave PEACE and enter under protection of Atlantis alliance. Lately, Croatian Government agreed to give back Serbian regions in timeframe of two months through training wars and retreats, and peace agreement could be signed.
"The President of Serbia offered a sum of 0 Gold to your National Treasury in return to a peace treaty with Romania. "🙂
What's the problem?
Hungarians have mpp with Serbia, and are giving Serbia help in resistance wars against Croatia. Now, Serbian Government is giving great appreciation to Hungarian people for their support with - getting in alliance with Romania.

Fel kéne már nőnünk a román propagandához. Nézzétek csak meg! Miközben csak vissza akarjuk szerezni a területeinket a románoktól, ők elhitették gyakorlatilag az egész világgal, hogy el akarjuk foglalni. Még a horvátokat és a lengyeleket is sikerült ellenünk hangolni, mi meg szó nélkül hagyjuk és nézzük. A külföldön dolgozó követeink miért nem aktivizálják magukat?

It's just a tactical move, we will not be a part of Atlantis. eCroatia, member of atlantis, conquered 5 of our 7 regions and that will not be forgiven or forgot. Never.
