TWO member, eUK neighbour and occupier of Scandinavian regions Lithuania is under a combined attack from CoT and Asgard. Lithuania is being attacked by ground and through airstrike, while their allies are currently fighting in several other wars. This article goes through the tactics, stats, and what the eUK could be doing to help.


Attackers vs Defenders

Asgard is the main alliance behind this attack. They are a small alliance consisting of 3 members; Sweden, Finland and Norway. At the moment, 2 of the 3 members have some of their regions under occupation by Lithuania. Bulgaria is a CoT country that has joined the fighting through Airstrike, they plan to gain regions for the next Congress election and help out Asgard in the regaining of their regions. Bulgaria and Finland will be attacking Lithuania while Sweden and Norway release resistance wars to drain more Lithuanian damage which will help with taking regions. ACT(pro-TWO) member Latvia is now attacking Sweden to help out Lithuania, while Estonia(also in ACT) is continuing their fight with Finland.

Here are the population statistics for each country currently involve😛

As you can see, the involved CoT country has by far the biggest population. Through that, you would expect them to deal a large amount of damage to win their battles. All Scandinavian countries do not have a high population compared to the rest of Europe, all below 1000 population. Here are the damage stats for the past week which should link in with the population stats:

Even with all the other countries combined, Bulgaria can almost still put out more damage then them, a huge 20,443,593,790 damage. the Asgard countries hit out a combined 11 billion in the past week while the TWO countries dealt closer to 12 billion. If Bulgaria were not part of the fight, it would be a close war, but that is the way things go in war.


Plans and Tactics So Far

The Norway MoFA released an article two days ago, saying who has NE'd who and a brief on the situation. You can view that article here. The MoFA was clear that they were planning on removing Lithuania from the area by saying "will be taking joint military action to bring the Lithuanian occupiers to their knees and to return Scandinavia to its rightful owners". Bulgaria are involved as "Norway, in partnership with Russia, will be providing a safe haven, in which our friends from Bulgaria will hold their next congress elections for September - the region of Svalbard".


The Scandinavian area consists of several countries at the moment, with Lithuania owning most of the western area.

At the moment Bulgaria and Finland are attacking northern regions. If these battles are won, other countries will still not able to get involved there as they do not share any borders with countries outside of the war, except for Russia. However, freeing Norway would mean that the eUK could attack. Norway are trying to free the region on Vestlandet which shares a border with the eUK region of Scotland. This could be a mistake if the eUK chooses to get involved. Sweden are also trying to free Scania. The other TWO country that could get involved through that region is Poland, who are currently fighting other wars so will not fight in Scandinavia. Freeing Scania will also disconnect Lithuania's main regions with the Scandinavian ones, meaning all those bonuses will be lost. This can also stop many Lithuanian attacks if they are removed from the area. These are Asgards current plans. Afterwards, Sorlandet is likely to be freed by Norway, Ostlandet by Bulgaria and Bohus by Sweden. This would completely remove Lithuania from the area.


eUK's Involvement

The eUK is a stronger country just to the west of the area. The eUK has more population then any of the original Scandinavian countries, and dealt 5 billion in the past week. The eUK does have the power to conquer Norway, which is possible when Norway free the region of Vestlandet. Norway will be planning on freeing Sorlandet after Vestlandet, if the eUK took both of these regions, it would keep Norway wiped allowing Lithuania to regain control of the area. No resource bonuses would be gained but the eUK would be helping out an ally.
