Salary, and information about it
You have seen me spamming the media few times in Japan with these useless info’s of mine, or are they useless? Was the wellness information that I wrote last time useful?
Well, if it was here’s new box of info, and if it weren’t useful, I don’t think this is either.
Salary
There are some companies offering high salary when you go to human resources. And some companies are offering very low, where does the salary really come from? That is the thing many people may have wondered or may not have wondered. If you have, I have some kind of an answer to it, it is not perfect but hey, I have tried after this.
Main things in salary
You earn your salary by going to work. You can work once in a day. You have to live with that salary for the rest of that day.
You spend your salary in different stages, here I list the most common ones.
1) First you pay taxes to your country after you have worked (it happens automatically so you can’t miss that)
2) You buy the main thing in live, food. Usually you buy the quality you think you can afford and you want. In the last news-spam I talked about wellness, which is the reason you need to buy good quality food. My suggestion to you is that you should be buying mainly the highest quality food you can afford. So you will probably increase your wellness, when it reaches 100 you can start counting what you need to eat.
3) You buy house. That is another good way to gain wellness. When you have bought house there is one thing in that different than in food. You use 1 food/day. You use 1 house/live. There are few different manners on this situation. Some say you should buy Q2 house first and then Q5 when you can afford. Others say Q1 -> Q3 -> Q5. There are also more different manners how people do it. but the main thing I guess is to get Q5 house finally.
4) you buy gifts/moving tickets/weapons. All of those are onetime items only. So you shouldn’t start the game by buying those. First food and when you can afford you can start to think about these. That is just my suggestion.
These I think are the main ways that money is spent for normal citizen.
But why someone can offer a lot better wage?
When you start some career path (land, manufacturing, construction) from 0 you usually get awful low salary and cannot always even afford Q1 food immediately. And If you can afford that you can start working in Q1 company. If you go to too high quality company too soon, you can ruin your wellness fast.
You see on human resources companies with stars, they tell the quality of the company and for employees those stars mean the amount of wellness you lose by working. If you work in Q3 company, you will lose 3 wellness. That means if you have wellness of 50, after work it will be 47. This means that even if you don’t train, you should eat Q3 food to be able to gain your wellness back to 50 for the next day. That is one of the main reasons you should really look at the stars when going to work, and compare it with the price of food. If you can afford at least the same quality food (I’d rather look one quality higher so you could increase your wellness).
I see even today offers on human resources that are breaking my heart. People who own Q2 and Q3 companies offer 1-2 JPY more on skill levels of 0-3 when compared to Q1 companies. My message to those company owners is: “Think about what you are doing for the employees and for the community, you are ruining everything by being an IDIOT”.
Please citizens of Japan and eWorld, start to look at the stars when you compare the offers on Human resources and company owners. Start to think about the employees more, you can make better profit with high wellness players.
