Russian Rental Agreement

Hello Norway!

I got up early in the morning just to post this article so I'll be heading to sleep when I'm done, Last term I had been working with Russia under M.de Ruyter's government about proposing a rental agreement with Russia, after long discussions with the Government of Norway and Russia where completed we moved the rental deal to a vote with congress which has passed, Russia has already moved to attack Nord-Norge, Here are the points that are mentioned in the rental agreement.



Rental Deal Overview

1) Russia will agree to rent Nord-Norge, Trondelag and Ostlandet for unlimited period.
2) Weekly rent price - 1500cc. Russia also give back taxes from rent regions.
3) Sides can arrange for revision or abrogation of this treaty till 10th of every month. Otherwise rent treaty is automatically prolonged for one month till 10th of next month.
4) Norway won’t make any efforts to get the regions back until the end of treaty. In case an RW begins in rent regions, Norway sets maximum prio to fight for Russia in that RW and follows it, if both parties don’t decide otherwise.
5) This treaty enter into force right after its publication in public media by both authorities (Russian and Norway).

The Advantages to the deal are:

* Russia takes over three of our core regions to help us against PTO threats
* Will not have full congress seats
* We have Svalbard for Congress in case our Southern Regions do get attacked
* Russia agrees to pay us a weekly rental fee which an enemy nation would not do
* We will get our taxes back from the regions being rented
* We still receive bonuses for the regions we keep

The Disadvantages are:

* Our country is split between North and South, No direct route from Svalbard to southern regions
* We lose our rented regions bonuses

So over the next couple days we will see Russia wiping us, Please do not fight for Norway during this time as we want to make the wipe as quick as possible. Once completed we will be returning Sorlandet, Vestlandet and Svalbard via RW. If you have any questions regarding the deal feel free to ask below or via PM
