Russian Constitution of 1918!

Signed in 1918, roughly a year after the fall of Nikolai II , The Russian Constitution defines the country's political institutions. The legislative branch consists of the State Duma elected every 5 years and the Senate which consists of senior nobles, statesmen, scholars, etc. The executive branch is divided into the office of president, elected every six years by the senate, and the council of ministers.

The Constitution Guarantees Freedom And Stability!
Austerity Measures

The German decision during the Berlin Conference in November 1935 to force Russia to repay the remaining reparations one year earlier has brought the Russian government into a desperate situation. With our already tight budget for the year 1936, the government was forced to induce radical austerity measures mainly in the social services sector and funding of the armed forces to gain extra cash. The majority of our citizens are already enraged by worsening economic conditions have already begun to openly profess their discontent with the ruling coalition of Kadets, Right-Social Revolutionaries and its longterm president, Alexander Kerensky. Police with the help of the armed forces are barley able to keep order in the streets of major cities, something must be done to quell the enraged citizens or we will have another Bolshevik revolution upon us.

We must increase austerity measures.
Policies, I have cut spending to consumer goods, production, and supplies to the bare minimum necessary, I have canceled the building of several capital ships that were already in construction and I have put that money into conscription and training of new men to help fill our undermanned and outdated army. Army size, 123 infantry divisions, 2 Calvary divisions and one HQ division. Research has been focused on industrial research for the time being, more repayments to the Germans have been met, economic industrial capacity is getting weaker, oh and the German Stock Market crashed event called black Monday. It is equivalent the 1929 US stock market crash, small revolt put down etc.
Stay tuned because next chapter something will shake Russia to its core and put the entire country on the brink of political collapse!
