Longzhong Plan

Hi everybody, I'm Zhuge Liang, a citizen from eChina since July when I came invited by different people and with the desire to help the country grow. Some days ago, sagaWF told me about his ideas for China Lao-Wai Party, and I chose to join the project. Later he asked me if I was interested in run for congress in Hubei, and that's why I'm writing this presentation.

First of all, I need to apologize for the long text (sorry, a bad habit I try to change) and for not being able to write it in a beautiful language like Chinese. I'm nor real life Chinese, but truly are in my heart. Thanks also for sagaWF and Agnes_A to help me with the translation

I'm an old dinosaur of the game, some of you will know me and for some I'll be a total stranger. During all this time, I have been quite active in politics in different countries (eSpain, eBulgaria, eSwitzerland), but specially in the battlefields. I don't think military achievements are a good presentation for a political career, so I'm going to totally omit them. Instead of that, I'm going to told you what really matters for this post: my beliefs and what I'm going to vote in the congress. That's the only way, you'll be able to know if I'll represent your interests and do good in the congress or not.

I don't belief in rightist or leftist, in communism or capitalism. I belief this is a game, and we must leave the real world at a side, and work and cooperate for the development of the country with independence of any ideology. I belief in the freedom of speech, diversity of opinion, teamwork and cooperation as the keys for this development. And I belief in the new citizens and aid them to stay active in the game as the basis for any country.

For national politics, I belief in help new citizens stay in the game increasing as much as possible their fun, enjoyment and feeling to be part of a community. Micro-loans for new players, state loans to buy houses or companies in national ground, competitions, prizes and games to increase the citizen participation, polls and political debates... there are many things to do to have fun far away from the two-clicks and the boring-battles.

For international politics, I belief is important to maintain neutrality from the big alliances, even if that means to have less training wars. Protection pacts are really important, but we must evaluate each pact to avoid risking diplomatic relationships or economical exports. Also it would be good to improve the image of our country in the rest of the new world, publishing articles in different places and giving our welcome to immigrants with open arms.

For military politics, I belief in the creation and promotion of public and private stocks of war items (tickets, gifts and weapons) to be used in case of great hardships or national dangers. Emergency stocks that can be used to control foreign attacks to our economy or in cases of shortage (normally during a long war). Also a true national army and a hierarchy to give orders to soldiers (far from the open/public newspapers) is needed.

My only promise is to keep an active role and always be ready to listen any citizen who has an idea to improve our nation, and present it in his name. Also, the gold of the achievement will be donated to Alpha Legion to help them in their hard work to strengthen the eChina defensive forces.

我并非左派，也非右派。更不信仰共产主义或者资本主义。这只是一个游戏，并非真实的世 界。我们需要不受任何意识形态的干扰，来共同协作，发展一个国家。我相信言论自由，多 元化的政见，团队协作是发展国家的关键。我也深信，吸引新玩家，并帮助他们留下来是国 家强盛的基础。

在国内政策方面，我们需要给新公民们提供更多的乐趣和游戏里的归属感。我们可以给他们 提供小额贷款，或者大额贷款供他们买房或公司。我们也可举办竞赛，奖励，比赛等等活动 来提高他们的参与感。选举和政治辩论也将非常吸引人。游戏里有很多有意思的事情可以做 ，远比双击党来得好玩。

在国际关系方面，我坚持我们必须保持中立，即使不能保障军事训练。保护配套协定对我们 来说非常重要。但是我们必须权衡再三，以防威胁到外交关系或者经济出口。此外在不同的 国家发表文章，欢迎移民也能大大提升我国的国际形象。

在军事方面，我建议建立国立的和鼓励私立的军事物质储备（包括机票，礼物，武器）以在 国家受威胁的时候动用。紧急储备还能防止外来势力对我国经济的破坏或者物资紧缺（长期 战争时较普遍）。一个组织严明有序的国家军队也是必须的。军事命令需要能迅速保密地传 达。

如能当选议员，我所能做的承诺就是积极参与echina事务。如果任何公民有改善国家 的好主意，我随时愿意悉心听取。此外获得的5G奖励将会捐给Alpha军团。他们为e China的防御贡献非凡。
