As promised a manifesto like article.

No promises of greatness this term, there's no cash or income to implement any program of support which might be more then some comfort.
No promises of a stable, peacefull community. The factions that were here, are still here, highly unlikely that both sides would come to a mutual understanding all of a sudden.

What can I give you? An unconventional approach to CP-ship. Those who know me, know that I give little about titles, especially if they don't carry any official mandate within the game-mechanics. But I do know that people sometimes feel the need to have a title and the responsibility that comes with it. So, I am happy to award titles, delegate responsibilities. So happy, I am even considering giving those willing a salary. They, after all, do the hard work. I just need to press the right button at the right moment 😛
By this an invitation to those currently working for the better of eBe to contact me about how they felt about what they were doing, if they would be happy to continu doing it and what they miss to do a better job.
Knowing ones weakness is key in ones life I think. So yes, I'll be looking for assistance to guide me and advise me through this term. As a human being with very little empathy or compassion, someone handling PR would be great (call it foreign affairs, call it whatever else you think you need to call it).

eBe has a small income, nearly every month I think MPPs are signed because of people funding it themselves. Think about that next time a MPP has to be signed, and consider donating.

Concerning citizen retention. I've seen loads of youngster programs implemented, but to be very honest, I see very, very little return. Most newborns don't even respond, they either don't understand English, are botaccounts or generally don't care and quit anyway. We can not keep pouring money into it, if Plato keeps screwing up the game and make it so desinteresting to keep going then how can we ever counteract that? My latest 2 programs show the influence of money, I'll finish the article with an update on those programs.

This all sounds worrying, I know. I only have eBe's best interest at heart, it's my home country RL, I'll protect it till I drop dead. I am pragmatic and practical. Planning isn't my strong point, dealing with sh*t as it comes along I can handle.

To conclude : you get what you see with me, honest, upfront and hard to please.

incentive program, the final results

- 7000cc will be rewarded to BNA for their effort during the MU tournament, of ocurse this money should be distributed fairly amongst the members (including those gone back to their own MU)
- 2500cc out of a possible 6500 was paid out with the first incentive program

Summary : money isn't a good incentive it seems, we missed out on 7500cc from Plato because we were not able to get together in a single MU
