By owning a Rocket Factory you will be able to produce your own rockets that will give you more damage in a battle. In order to produce the rocket each day you will need a certain number of weapons Q1-Q6 and currency as production resources:
*You cannot use weapons that are partially used'
Rocket Properties
The damage will be added only to the battle damage and to the Battle Hero and Campaign Hero medal
No rank points are awarded
The damage is added to the True Patriot progress
The damage is added to the Top Damage
How to make a rocket
in the Advanced Buildings page. They can be built in your Storage
In order to start the rocket production you will have to upgrade the building to level 1. The upgrade option is locked according to the division you are in, like in the table below. So, in order to have the option to upgrade it to the next level, you will have to level up from your current battle division:

Q4 rocket
You can only produce one rocket each day.
You cannot have more than one rocket in your storage, thus if you already have a rocket you need to use it before producing another one.

Istina, nelogicno bi bilo za produkciju jedne rakete utrositi ili 100 Q1 ili 100 Q6, svi bi trosili Q1 jer je najjeftiniji
Opet, ukoliko se ne uzme, moze se bez toga pozdraviti od BH medalja

Prema ovome trebalo bi po 100 komada svih wepa plus 1000 HRKa,
pa to, prema sadašnjim cjenama ispada za 1 raketu cca 22 740 HRKa.

Ograničavajućom mi se čini činjenica da možeš imati samo jednu raketu u skladištu. Šteta je i što se ne mogu prodavati.

This makes no sence, I just calculated this thing for myself, its complete waste of money. I make 1,5 up to 2 times more damage with all those weapons alone. This will be as useless as buying health packs or rocket parts. I have no idea who will use this, apart from guys who will try to steal BH medals.

it's used to give a boost on your Division side not to win a wars u know when u begin a new round... or when the wall is not in favor of your Country... it's not meant to be used Daily as well...

Pa više štete napravim da pucam s svim tim silnim wepom nego da g a pretvaram u glupu raketu koja ima mali dmg u odnosu na sav wep koji treba da je se napravi,još plus i valuta,pufff.Nula bodova,što se mene tiće,mogu ukinuti to.
