[ES/ENG] Resultados del TO - Más Baneados [Día 1743]

VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL
RESUMEN
Después de unas movidas elecciones terminamos con 2 cuentas TO dentro del congreso.



Debemos agradecer la enorme ayuda que recibimos durante todo el proceso de nuestros amigos y aliados.

Se hizo el mayor esfuerzo por superar el número de votos de las cuentas TO, pero al mismo momento en que éstas eran desplazadas, recibían más y más votos, llegando a ubicarse entre los primeros lugares de la lista.

Lo que indica que además de estar atentos a todo el movimiento durante el día de votación, es un grupo TO altamente especializado en realizar este tipo de actividad.

EL DÍA DESPUÉS
Al terminar el proceso de verificación que realizan los admin después de cada elección, no hubo cambio alguno. Las 2 cuentas TO seguían dentro del congreso.

En pocas horas las cabecillas de esta organización ya estaban solicitando la ciudadanía paraguaya. En tono jocoso al punto de burla, llegaron argentinos autodeclarados TOveadores de Bolivia.



Y como era de esperarse, los nuevos 'congresistas' aceptaron las solicitudes sin mucha demora.



RESPUESTA DEL GOBIERNO
Los tickets previamente enviados a los admin, advirtiendo de esta situación, terminaron todos en un rotundo: "No encontramos nada ilegal por lo que no tomaremos medidas algunas". Lo que nos llevó a lanzar una campaña más agresiva.

Con las evidencias acumuladas se realizó un pedido internacional para el envío masivo de tickets con los links de las cuentas TO para reportarlas. Lo que felizmente culminó con el baneo permanente de casi todas las cuentas.



Hoy tenemos nuestro congreso limpio, formado en su totalidad por cuentas de paraguayos reales.

EL DAÑO ESTÁ HECHO
Aunque las nuevas cuentas han sido baneadas, el peligro sigue vigente.
Muchas (multi)cuentas TO aún no han sido rastreadas.

También 5 TOvers de Bolivia están ahora instalados en suelo paraguayo:

Al ser baneada la cuenta de Rodr1go Dav1d, presidente del partido Game Over (ex PAS), asumió como presidente del partido el miembro con más puntos de experiencia (nivel) que resulta ser otro TO: cibermau38.

Aunque lo justo sería que estas cuentas TO sean devueltas a su ciudadanía anterior, porque la ciudadanía paraguaya les fue otorgada por cuentas ilegales que llegaron al congreso también de forma ilegal, no sabemos que tipo de acción toman los admin en estos casos.

REPERCUSIONES DE LOS REPORTES MASIVOS
Nos informaron que la Org que utilizaban los TO en Bolivia ha sido baneada. Esta org funcionaba a modo de banco y tenía en su cuenta unos 400 golds, del que ahora ya no podrán disponer.



Nota: Las Org son parte de un módulo de la versión 1 de eRepublik, que actualmente no están activas en gran parte. Era parecida a una cuenta de ciudadano pero con menos privilegios. Más información: http://wiki.erepublik.com/index.php/Organization

MÁS BANEADOS!
Siguen cayendo miembros del Grupo TO. Aunque la mayoría de los “peces gordos” sólo son sancionados con baneos temporales por multicuentas, a uno de ellos le ha llegado un Ban Permanente.

SUMMARY
After a complicated election we finished with two TOvers inside the congress.



We must be thankful for the huge help we got from our friends and allies during all the voting process.

We made the biggest effort to surpass the number of votes the TOvers had, but at the instant they went places down, they got more and more votes, going to the top of the list again.

It means that this TOver group were not only paying attention to all the process during the day of election, but also they are highly experienced to do this kind of activity.

THE DAY AFTER
After the 5 hours where the admins check the votes after every election, nothing changed, the 2 TOvers continued inside the congress.

Few hours later the responsibles for this appeared, and were asking for Paraguayan citizenship. With a joking and even mocking attitude on this, the argentinians auto-declared Bolivia’s TOvers arrived to Paraguay.



And as we could expect, the new “congressmen” accepted their citizenship request without too much delay.



GOVERNMENT RESPONSE
The tickets sent previously to admins, warning them about this situation, all finished with an outright “We didn’t find anything wrong, so there is nothing to be done”. That made us prepare a more aggressive campaign.

With all the evidence gathered we did an international request for a massive tickets submissions with the profiles links of all the TOvers to be reported. This luckily ended with almost all of their accounts banned.



Today we have a clean congress, formed totally by RL paraguayans.

THE DAMAGE IS DONE
Although the new accounts were banned, the danger is still here.
Many (multi)accounts TOvers still were not traced.

When Rodr1go Dav1d account was banned, the citizen with more experience Points assumed the presidency of the Game Over party (former PAS), who happens to be another TOver: cibermau38.

To be fair, these citizens should be returned to their previous citizenships cause they got the approval from an illegal account who went into the congress in an ilegal way, but we still don’t know what the admins will do in this case.

CONSEQUENCE OF THE MASSIVE REPORTS
We were informed that the ORG that the TOvers were using in Bolivia also was banned. This ORG was working as a bank and had into its account around 400 golds, something that now is not available to them anymore.

MORE BANS!
Members of the TO group are falling. Although most of the "big fish" are punished only with temporary bans for multiaccounts, one of them got a permanent ban.
