Resource Wars Update

I wanted to give an update on the current status in resource wars. We have tried to get grain 2 days ago, and we were very close, but we failed by a minute. However, we will continue to try to acquire these resources.

Our current highest priorities are deer and grain.

Grain will be pretty easy to get since there aren't many countries who can block us (only Israel if they do not place in their southernmost region). So we can actually wait until later to get it since this event will drag on for quite a while.

Deer is more tricky, so we would ideally want to get deer as soon as possible. I will try to organize ops to get deer when it is available, but if I am not there, Michelangelo and Mith have full authority to use COs and organize the ops.

In any case, we will have nice bonuses. Other countries are very close to each other and so they block each other very easily. We are in a less crowded region, and we have only 2 more resources to go. In the worst case scenario, we will go with grain and cattle which is pretty easy to get.

We already have saltpeter which gives %50 weapons bonus to weapons companies in Southern Cyprus. I am trying to get some other countries hold common weapons bonuses for us so that we can boost that further via country bonus.
