Resistance Wars Erupt Across Polish Territories

Day 793, 11:36 Published in USA USA by Lieutenant Scheisskopf

ePoland's position looks well-established here, but...

Background
A very quiet week across the New World was anything but on Day 793 in ePoland, as 13 resistance wars (RW) broke out simultaneously. Thirteen RWs at once could have grave implications on ePoland's ability to keep their forward regions across eGermany and eFrance, and will certainly bog them down in suppressing the rebellions. With EDEN's most populous country under heavy fire, EDEN will be hard-pressed to pursue any major campaigns until the situation subsides in ePoland.

ePoland consists of 6 original regions, so to see Phoenix attacking 13 of their 17 controlled territories is a formidable attack and could cause serious damage to ePoland were any amount of these to be won by the Resistance Forces. The use of false orders, likewise, has made the chance of some of these RWs succeeding more possible. Clearly, Phoenix is behind this major undertaking and impressive display of coordination, and the table below confirms this, based on who started the RWs and their battle heroes (right click to see full-size)

Each front has remained in no-man's land at the time of this article's publication, with the average wall size at 100,000 damage points, although Hesse once fell to 55,000. However, with 8 hours remaining on all of them, Phoenix could mass attack any of these and intend to win them, after having forced ePoland to scatter damage across such a large front.

What This Could Mean
The most likely candidates for a major Phoenix focus are Auvergne and Bavaria. Conquering Auvergne would give eFrance and its backers a border to ePoland's new forward operating base (FO😎 at Rhone Alps, a naturally eFrench region and source of high wood, while Bavaria is the most resource-rich eGerman region under ePolish occupation. Both of these regions, and any other eGerman region, would give eFrance and eGermany the chance to elect Congresses (or for eFrance, increase the number of seats). If eGermany remained completely conquered on Election Day, the Congress would be dissolved and citizenship for eGermany would be given automatically-- a great bonus for EDEN to hold, as controllers of the country. Conversely, any liberated eGerman region would maintain its mutual protection pacts (MPPs) and its Congress would distribute citizenship. Moreover, these attacks also keep ePoland and eSpain on their toes, as they must now be cognizant of the need to either reconquer any regions or to divert more resources to keeping regions controlled.

A final possibility is that Phoenix may attempt a major attack shortly before the close of these RWs, or shortly before the server reset. If ePoland throws too much damage into these RWs today, Phoenix may calculate that a late, coordinated strike on ePoland could work because they would be afforded the chance to hit a different battle on Day 793 and 794, while most of ePoland would not.

Either way, the closures of these battles (numbers 8804-8816) are worth monitoring, and analysis of their conclusions will be included in tomorrow's edition of The Week That Was.

A Late Edit
I found out that I was recently awarded the Emerick Prize, by the Flufferton Foundation for the category &quot😉esertfalcon Prize for Strategic Reporting." Thanks for the honor and I will do my part to keep providing reliable reporting.

God Bless America,
