Reoccurring Events

Day 1,746, 20:11 Published in Australia Australia by Callumh123
I wrote an article a long while ago about a similar situation. I still feel it is valid to to this day so all I have done is change the events around while the original message resonates:

I have watched eAustralia prosper and then simultaneously falter for years now, due to some bogus patriotic bs that eAustralia needs all its states in order to progress, that some way holding our regions will solve our problems or improve our situation.

Sure it is always great kicking eIndo ass and having eAustralia as a whole again. But now it is time for some real tawk.

What makes Auckland less valuable than Tasmania? What makes Wellington less valuable than South Australia? Cut the nationalistic bs, as long as we hold 7 regions, we should you care? This way we get more resources out of them which helps with the production and lowering the costs of weapons etc..

Personally, I am elated that I could have a hand in making sure we will have 7 regions with maximised resources for the people of eAustralia.

You would think this is a good thing right? Apparently not to some people though. I will not name names as it is pretty well apparent who is for and against this.

But the reason we find for those against this seems to have something to do with the past. Let's be honest here,we have not been the best of neighbours, but neither have they.

We are currently enjoying some of the best peace we have had with our neighbour in a long time, anyway you look at it we are bordered with them, we are stuck with them no matter what. So why do you care that a region swap is happening which does nothing but increases our bonuses and provides eAustralian wars to fight in?

Any day of the week I would take prosperity over stagnation.

Take it or leave it, this is just my 2 cents.
