Salut madams and monsieurs,

Well, now here comes the moment all of you have been waiting for. The publishing of - yes - my platform for reform in domestic affairs. Let me just start off with something rather aggressive... I do not tolerate players who create multiple accounts now, and I will not tolerate players who create multiple accounts during my presidency either. From this day onward, I swear to guillotine every last cheater!

Switzerland is my country. Switzerland is your country. I will not allow some foreigner to come into our community, and wreak havoc upon our prosperity. Now is not the time to falter, now is not the time to let down our guard. Every minute, we must be alert, watching for signs of any suspicious activity. That is exactly why I plan to establish the Directorate of National Intelligence, a new branch under the Ministry of Homeland Security. Basically, the Director of National Intelligence will serve as a necessary component of future cabinets, gathering information regarding the safety of Switzerland. The Director's role therefore is of utmost importance, as crucial intelligence may actually prevent possible attacks on our sovereignty.

As for our immigration policy, this is a matter that is on the sidelines for now. Because we were wiped this past month, we have no Congress, and therefore Switzerland is unable to welcome any new citizens. However, I do plan to eradicate every last enemy within our beloved country, and so afterwards, we will be reunited with the sweet meadows of Switzerland, and once more encourage the accepting of friendly foreigners. I will however, ensure that all applicants undergo the immigration process as before, and increase the research which the Minister of Immigration as well as the Immigration Committee must collect before confirming the approval of a foreigner.

Therefore, through these domestic reforms, I am excited to see our nation progress, even in the midst of a battle with those who wish to politically take-over Switzerland. Let's change Switzerland for the better, and defeat these cheaters! Make your voice heard. Make your vote count. Vote Monsieur Guillontine for Country President! Restore Switzerland!
