If you look closely, you'll notice that eSpain and eFrance are at war.
eSpain is neutral. eFrance is PEACE GC - the last of the Alliance superpowers.

We send an expeditionary force to eSpain to assist in Aquitaine, eFrance. Pull the PEACE commitment south. The eAustrians have 3 Resistance Wars for their territory.
Engage. Rhone-Alps to be the Southern flank objective. Q5 Hospital - but no DS.
1000+ eFrench.
The eParis Thrust (Operation Freedom Fries):
First eCanadian thrust comes at Brittany. Must secure with lightning speed. Be able to take the initiative to Lower Normany - an iron region - and then on to Center, eFrance, and hold that region for a regroup and assault upon eParis itself.
eFrance could not maintain successful resistance considering the losses inflicted by our objectives.
eSpanish troops push towards eItaly - but not attack any eItalian territory. They are not for now.
The eSpanish are to resist the eItalians.
One task force should be delegated to the UK of securing the eLow Countries simultaneously with Operation Freedom Fries.
Rest a wink.
Q5 Hospitals should be at the ready for deployment at strategic locations, ie eParis.
The Latin Thrust (Operation Sombrero)
The eUSA troops during this time should be greasing up the rails in a blitzkreig style campaign with an obejective of achieving eMexican capitulation from PEACE, and into a new North American Alliance.

We let eRussia take Alaska, the eCanadians reclaim it - in exchange for bearing the brunt of being the black power in the cartridge in eEurope. That, and the eAmericans would continue on to "Libertize" eSouth America - namely eBrasil, and eArgentina, both PEACE members.
The newer eLatin countries would eagerly accept the idea of forming a regional alliance, with eCanada and eUSA being Observers. A new Ambassadorship - one of Alliance to Alliance.
(they can't be in the Amera, as it would dilute member voting power)
The greatest mistake any general can make, is to go to war without having any communication with his adversary.
eGerman Thrust (Operation Valhalla)
Back to eEurope- A three pronged assault at the northern flank of eItalian territory - old eGermany.
eGermany should be encouraged to begin resistance wars in Bavaria, etc.
Donations if neccessary to acheive this. Think War Bonds.
The Amera objective will be to acheive a new eEuropean Union, with eCanada and eUSA as Observers. The eItalians would have the first term of Presidency over the Union as a direct result of an expeditious agreement be made.
China must also be considered soon after. Silence in great ones should not unwatched go.
I digress.
Push the eItalians out of eGermany, out of eAustria and back into a box next to a build up of eSpaniards. Do not attack their proper territory. This is important.
Persuade the eItalians to abandon PEACE, and declare neutrality.

Ok good, but where are the romanian in all of this, and i would honestly use the american as a decoy so they should attack first and get maximum dmg from peace on their attack(they will suceed anyway but we need them to take a big chunk of it). If we are ever to attemp such a big attack we would need ALL of the former atlantis member, last time we used to bring peace to it's knee like this was when we went trought operation french toast and that was back in the golden age of Atlantis.

Such kind of operation would require and enormous need of planification and the other problems is leak from all this planning.

Well we see tons of article like this so in order to be consider serious it would need to be discussed among higher officials, beside it's not like if they would suspect the mighty and aggressive canadian for planning a planetary strike...
On the surface, this looks like a good plan. However, the plan never lasts past the first engagement, so we would need an amazing group of generals to tweak it at a moment's notice. Still, I believe it's doable.

I say, eRomania feigns neutrality, until PEACE commits it's troops to eFrance and eGermany. To do this, they will need to pull out of eHungary in large numbers.
36 hours into Operation Pomerium, eRomania should assault eHungary in full force. We create a contained two front theatre for PEACE to contend with.
The eAmericans have the daunting task of 'libertizing' Latin countries from PEACE. eMexico first, then the South continent. This will hamper PEACE resource capabilities, and force them to either maintain multi-theatre wars, or regroup and consolidate their force in a single theatre - which must be eEurope.
The eUK forces would concentrate in the Low Countries and assemble themselves to lead the Northern spearhead for Operation eParis, then on to Operation Valhalla.
The ePoles would be nice to have on side, but personally, I would prefer to have them volunteer once our successes have been sustained. Better for eGermany as well.
Diplomatic channels must be kept open with eRussia to ensure them that we have no intention of carrying the offensive into their territory.
On the other hand, they may even be persuaded to sign on with us, so they may pursue reclaiming the Urals, and Western Siberia - the resource cache.
Perhaps the eScandanavian countries can assist the Resistance movements within eEurope.

This is why our attacks must be razor precise in synchronicity.
So long as we establish - and maintain the initiative, we will always have the upper hand. Surprise, and multi-pronged attack patterns.
This seems pretty solid to me, but of course the political and military masterminds would have a better clue than me.
