Red.Fox : WarGames Latvia-Lithuania [International]
Since my rights in PEACE have been revoked by current president of Latvia, I can no longer continue work on WarGames. This is report on current status of WarGames Latvia-Lithuania for the parties intrested. As you can see - Latvia-Lithuania WarGames are pretty much confirmed and cheap as well.
Joining countires.
Confirmed :
1. Russia.
According to the prior negotiations, they do not pay for the first 4 battles, if they have a war going at the time of training battle. Otherwise status confirmed.
2. Germany.
They join after Lithuania gets some MPPs. Otherwise status confirmed.
3. India
They pay in smaller amounts, if Indonesia will vouch for them. Otherwise status confirmed.
4. Serbia
Serbia is ready to join.
5. Estonia.
Estonia is ready to join.
6. Chile.
Chile is ready and asks for contract.
7. Austria.
Austria is ready and asks for details (when and how much should they donate).
8. Columbia.
Columbia is ready to join.
9. Slovenia.
Slovenia is ready to join.
10. Mexico.
Mexico is ready to join.
11. Bulgaria.
Bulgaria is ready to join. But would like to wait for voting in PEACE to end.
Negotiations :
12. Japan
Waiting for confirmation or answer.
13. Australia.
Waiting for confirmation or answer.
14. Peru.
Status of Peru is unconfirmed. Currently they ask for more details.
15. Singapore
Status of Singapore is unconfirmed. Currently they ask for more details and would like to join forum and/or chat where the WGs are being discussed.
16. Venezuela
Status of Venezuela is unconfirmed. Currently they are choosing between WarGames Latvia-Lithuania and Malaysia-Phillipines (organised by Snayke, eChina's president). Which games will start sooner, and which will cost less. They expressed intrest in having both WarGames unified to reduce cost.
Countries that will not join for the first battles :
17. Slovakia.
Slovakia does not have Hospital, and until they will buy one, they are not joining.
Details and clarifications :
1) Lithuania will be the country with MPPs. Each country will donate 30 gold to the account of Lithuania and propose MPP.
2) Latvia will attack region Samogitia.
3) In the first round there will be 20 battles. This is made to avoid problems if countries do not pay in time.
4) Right now, a fixed amount of 4 gold per battle was offerd as a standart payment for the first round.
With the cost of attack being 60 gold, that implies having 15 countries at average for the first round (16 for 64 gold per attack). Meaning : we can have 10 members for the first 20 days, and 20 members for the next 20 days and pay-off all expenses.
I should remind - Chili-Argentina had 24 members in WGs. And after stop of USA-Ireland WarGames, participators of those WarGames has to join other WarGames.
4) WarGames are expected to last at least 3 month. 100 days, 50 battles. Maybe more. Battles will begin at 12.00 and last for 24 hours.
5) eChina is currently organizing WarGames between Malaysia and Philippines. It looks like they got 10 countries in total, making WarGames more expensive than ours, and without possibility of reducing cost in future.
6) Official coordinator of WarGames by PEACE has been chosen as Kurzemes Karalis Kristaps. And from this moment it is his job to make WarGames. Please, contact him for deatails.
7) Unless some trouble will prevent WarGames from happening, they are expected to start at 22nd July.

Keep in mind this is _NOT_ an official announcement, it is just the ramblings of someone very self-important.
As I said KKK, : If you wish to postpone WGs and make them expensive - it's your choice. Not the one PEACE demands as you seem to claim.
There is no point in complicating things and refusing other countries from joining our WarGames. While fixed pay of 4 gold for the 1st round is sufficient and simple.
+ being president and representative of Latvia in PEACE, I started the Latvia-Lithuania WarGames myself. If you managed to pull-off impeachment with your 7 congressmen, that does not make me "self-important" or inadequate.
Here is the list of countires for Latva-Lithuania WarGames, Not PEACE. I got them before you got announced as PEACE WarGames coordinator and revoked my rights in PEACE. And I have complete right to report status of things I did before that.
It's not like I weren't doing anything.

Es tikai nesaprotu, kāda mums jēga "karot" ar Lietuvu, ja robežreģionos nav nevienas slimnīcas? Tad jau labāk vajadzētu karot starp Vidzemi un Igaunijas Louna-Eesti reģionu, kuros abos ir Q5 slimnīcas.

No. Everyone gets 5 gold at 6th level. If there is anyone who invited you, then he gets 5 gold as well.
During the dark age of my tyranny it was more or less common practice (at least enforced by me) to return those 5 gold to the invited person. Thus at 6th level you get 10 gold instead of 5.
That's why it was recommended everywhere to get invite or do not recieve 5 additional gold.
I don't remember it quite that way, but I suppose there wasn't much info on what was going on anyways :[

I say that War-Games are important, no matter who's arranging it. We need wellness in eLatvia, and with our new Q5 hospital in Vidzeme, that is possible.
I also believe that we need more weapon production, for more competition on the market, and therefore lower the price, and higher the wages in the weapon industry.
So I say good job to you, Red.Fox, for arranging this War Game, and I think that no eLatvian can say anything else!

Cik es sapratu šo WG iesāka Red.Fox , KKK vajadzētu ļaut Red.Fox'am arī tās pabeigt. Izskatās ka viņš zina ko viņš dara , negribētos lai KKK kaut ko sačakarē .
Lieta tāda, ka red.fox jau ir visu sačakarējis un tagad es to laboju. Viss, kas te rakstīts, nav nemaz tik labi un smuki īstenībā.

em sorry par offtopicu. Esmu te jauns spēlētājs un man te daži jautājumi. Kurā vietā ir latviešu forums? Kāpēc spēlē var sākt strādāt tikai vienā no trim industrijām, jo parājās divās industrijās 0 darba skills neeksitē. Lai iekļūtu building industrijā man jāvācās prom uz ārzemēm, kur building 0 skills eksistē? Pagaidām man šī spēle liekas ļoti nepārskatāma, nesaprotama.

I think KKK should reconsider his relations with red.fox who made it possible for eLatvia to participate in any WG at all...
Despite w/e that new government says about him, he has done very well on his ex-president post, especially about WG!

Visvladis (I assume it is you), the problem was - KKK left for weekend and that stopped everything. Completely. He didn't put anyone in charge of making WGs.
So I simply continued doing what I already was doing anyway. Then KKK arrives from wherever he left to, becomes WGs coordinator and completely revokes my access to PEACE. From _that_ moment he begins arranging WGs (I hope he does, since he doesn't tell anything at all about WGs).
But before that, there wasn't anyone except me to do anything about WGs. And may I mention : the time works not in our favor.
The one who starts WGs first (us or China), will get most of countries for himself. And since we have baby-boom it is even more crucial to start WGs as soon as possible. And should I mention countries who are fighting in USA? They really wish to postpone WGs as well. Then they can get re-vote and take WarGames for themselves. And we will have to join WGs later, and pay for WGs. And pay a lot, since many countries will join China's WarGames.
Now tell me : is it really odd? Maybe KKK told me some time ago to stop arranging WGs? He did not. When he did - i stopped and made a report. That happened yesterday.

KKK - prasās pēc pierādījumiem tavs apgalvojums, vismaz man kā jaunam spēlētājam nav saprotams tas, ka RF iesāktās kara spēles ir pārtrauktas. mēs nezinām aizkulises un iespējams (droši vien) nav arī jāzin. vienkārši negribas atkal līderu kārtējo ambīciju (kas pats par sevi ir laba lieta) dēļ lai cieš pārējie spēlētāji, citādi notiks ( un jau notiek) tas, ka daudzi pamet spēli, neieraugot jēgu tajā.
PS. es atvainojos, bet ir jābūt ļoti bagātai iztēlei, lai šei spēlētu, jeb tā nav?
Man ir viens jautājums . Kāpēc mums(Lv valdibai) ir jāorganizē war games ,par kurām cik es saprotu arī būs izdevumi !? Nevar noslēgt MPP (vai nu kā sauc to sadarbošanās līgumu) ar kādu no Peace GC valstīm un piedalīties karā kurš pašreiz aktīvi norit uz Kanādas/ASV zemēm . Cik es esmu dzirdējis/lasījis ,tad mēs arī skaitāmies pie PEACE valstīm ,ja tā ir kapēc gan mēs nevarētu sniegt kaut nelielu palīdību šajā karā ? Pie reizes nebūtu jārīko treniņkari un mēs dotu kādu ieguldījumu PEACE karagājienā !
