With recent shift of powers in Asia and South America, CoT is returning back in the game stronger than ever and having regional control where TWO has less focus and power.


CUA losing ground
Since the start of the war, South America was one of the only safe spots where CoT was not completely overrun and therefore an integral part for the alliance to survive. CUA had the upper hand last month, with several countries wiped and Brazil losing most of their regions. Things have changed now however. Argentina lost almost all foreign teritories and is under danger of being wiped, Brazil is back on the map with all regions except one and Peru is winning the war against Colombia.

By starting Peru RWs in improper order, Argentina managed to cut the northern border with Chile but lost most of the regions in RWs. In yesterday's desperate attempt they offered 400CC for CO in order to secure the RW but the attempt failed. However, they have placed NE on Peru and could attack before losing the last region. Closing this war should be the top priority for CoT.



NAP Chile Argentina
There were a lot of talks on both sides to end the never ending war between Chile and Argentina. So far nothing official is known yet to the public.

I believe the only NAP that is acceptable is regional NAP because it would prevent all of the countries from going hostile..which is the point of NAP.

Local NAP on the other hand would allow Chile to focus it's power towards their allies but it would let Argentina go rampant. So instead of fighting them directly we would fight them via MPPs and RWs which is less effective, no true patriot for us and our allies could get in big trouble. Without any additional rules, local NAP would be a lose-lose situation for Chile. The war gets boring at times but it's also one of the important things that make us fight more and is making us stronger. A strong Chile is the key for keeping our region free.

Viva Mexico cabrones!
Mexico is without a doubt an amazing country and ally. The victory against Hungary yesterday was exceptional but the war is far from over.



TWO was never good under pressure, especially when it needs to defend on several fronts. This weakness goes back to ONE and even Phoenix to some extent. Hungary extended their territories too far and are now daily under several RWs and as of today under 3 NEs: Mexico, USA and Russia. Even their Ukrainian territories are not exactly friendly. The main priority now should be to kick them out of Mexico while USA is pushing from the north. With proper tactics and strong Russian resistance it should be possible to lock them back into their cage. Removing Hungary from these 3 countries should be the main CoT priority over the next few weeks. From 3 TWO countries occupying USA today, they are the weakest link and have the worst position of coming back.


It won't be easy but it has to be done

An important ally of Mexico and USA in this war is Croatia. While their opinion of CoT is generally not positive they are a valuable ally in situations like this.

Situation in Europe
It is needless to say that situation in Europe is not pleasant for CoT. TWO is mainly an European alliance so it is obvious they will dominate this area. Macedonia and Bulgaria are surrounded by enemies and literally have nowhere to go. I believe, as long as the alliance status does not dramatically change, CoT should not even bother liberating Macedonia or Bulgaria. It is a harsh statement but unfortunately true. We need to airstrike these two countries out of Europe to safety, either to Asia or South America where they could at least have congress. Bulgaria already tried that but for some reason they lack dedication in serious battles. Whether or not this is a result of long occupation I don't know.


We need to get these guys out of there

Without serious changes in alliance structure, CoT has no future in Europe.


Combat Order
Combar Order is a blessing for this game. It removes the need for IRC and supplies alltogether and it is an important tool for winning the battles. Let's face it, the mercenary population in this game is one of the biggest. Most of the people simply don't care who they fight for, as long as they get paid. It is the same thing for allies.. they will fight for you but if you pay them some cash they will fight for you even more. With proper amount of CO in crucial battles a weaker alliance can win against stronger alliance. CoT should gather cash reserves for situations like this or have their member countries release them as needed. We have already seen great use of these new tool by some military units. If properly utilised, it could bring us some serious advantage in this war.

This is my tactical report as of day 2097.

TLDR:
-remove Argentina from Peru
-keep pressure on Hungary on all fronts
-evacuate Macedonia and Bulgaria to safety



What is a Slovenian doing in Chile?
Earlier this year I moved to New Zealand to seek peace from Slovenian envirnoment and found it. New Zealand is a quiet country, far away from wars and with pleasant citizens. However after TWO and CoT situation became hostile, I knew NZ would change sides being mostly under Serbian PTOers. Not wanting to be a part of TWO faggotry I was seeking for another place to live. Chile was an easy decision due to being uncorrupt country, great unselfish ally and having a lot of Chile friends on my list.

Con los recientes cambios de poder en Asia y Sudamerica. COT esta regresando al juego mas fuerte que nunca y esta teniendo un control regional donde TWO tiene menos concentracion y poder.

CUA perdiendo terreno
Desde el inicio de la guerra. Sudamerica fue uno de los unicos puntos seguros donde COT no habia sido sobrepasado, siendo de esta forma una parte integral de la alianza para sobrevivir. CUA tenia una mano superior el mes pasado, con varios paises borrados y con Brasil perdiendo varias de sus regiones originales. Pero las cosas han cambiado. Argentina perdió casi todos sus territorios extrangeros y esta bajo riesgo de ser borrada. Brasil esta de regreso en el mapa con todas sus regiones menos una y Peru esta ganando la guerra contra Colombia.

Iniciando RWs Peruanas en orden impropio, Argentina logró perder la frontera norte con Chile. pero perdio varias de sus regiones en guerras de resistencia. En el desesperado intento de ayer ofrecieron 400 CC en la batalla, para asegurar la RW pero el intento falló, como sea ellos lanzaron NE sobre Peru y pueden atacar antes de perder la ultima region.
Cerrar esta guerra debe ser la mayor prioridad de COT.



NAP Chile Argentina
Hubo muchas platicas en ambos lados para terminar la guerra eterna entre Chile y Argentina. Hasta ahora nada se a dado a conocer al publico.

Yo creo que el unico NAP que es aceptable es el NAP regional, porque prevendria a todos los paises de volverse hostiles... lo cual es el punto de un NAP.

Por otra parte un NAP local permitiria a Chile centrar su poder hacia sus aliados, pero dejaria a Argentina libre. Asi que en lugar de pelear directamente peleariamos via MPPs y RWs lo cual es menos efectivo, no habria medalla de patriota verdadero para nosotros y nuestros aliados podria estar en gran problema. Sin reglas adicionales. un NAP local seria una situacion de perder-perder para Chile. Esta guerra se vuelve aburrida en ocasiones, pero tambien es algo importante que nos hace pelear mas y nos vuelve mas fuertes. Un chile fuerte es la llave para mantener nuestras regiones libres.

Viva México cabrones!
México es sin duda un asombroso pais y aliado. La victoria contra Hungria el dia de ayer fue excepcional pero la guerra esta lejos de terminar.



TWO nunca fue bueno al estar bajo presion, especialmente cuando se necesita defender en diversos frentes. Esta debilidad viene desde ONE e incluso desde Phoenix. Hungria extendió sus territorios demasiado lejos y ahora estan bajo varias RWs diariamente, asi como bajo 3 NEs: México. USA y Rusia. Incluso sus territorios Ucranianos no son exactamente amistosos. La principal prioridad ahora deberia ser patearlos fuera de México mientras USA empuja desde el Norte. Con buenas tacticas y una fueret resistencia Rusa deberia ser posible encerrarlos de vuelta a su jaula. Remover a Hungria de estos 3 paises debe ser la mayor prioridad de COT las proximas semanas. De los 3 paises de TWO que estan ocupando USA. ellos son el eslabon mas debil y son los que mas complicaciones tendrian para regresar.



No sera facil, pero se tiene que hacer

Situacion en Europa
No es necesario decir que la situacion en Europa no es placentera para COT. TWO es principalmente una alianza europea, asi que es obvio que dominan esa area. Macedonia y Bulgaria estan rodeados de enemigos y literalmente no tienen a donde ir. Yo creo, que mientras la situacion de la alianza no cambie dramaticamente, CoT no se debe de preocupar en liberar Macedonia o Bulgaria. Es una fuerte declaración pero lamentablemente cierta. Necesitamos sacar por medio de airstrike a estos dos paises fuera de Europa y llevarlos a un lugar seguro. ya sea Asia o Sudamerica donde al menos puedan tener congreso.
Bulgaria ya lo intentó, pero por alguna razon no se esforzaron en las batallas serias. Quizá sea el resultado de la larga ocipacion, no lo sé.


Necesitamos sacar a estos tipos de aqui

Sin serios cambios en la alianza, CoT no tiene futuro en Europa


Orden de Combate
La orden de Combate es una bendicion para este juego. Elimina la necesidad del IRC y los suministros, es ademas una importante herramienta para ganar las batallas. Enfrentemoslo, la poblacion mercenaria en este juego es una de las mas grandes. A mucha gente no le importa por quien pelea, mientras se le pague por hacerlo,. Es lo mismo con los aliados... ellos pelearan por ti, pero si les pagas algo de dineo pelearan aun mas por ti. Con una cantidad adecuada de CO en batallas cruciales una alianza mas debil puede ganar contra una alianza mas fuerte. CoT debe juntar reservas de efectivo para situaciones como esta, o dejar que sus paises miembros lo utilicen cuando sea necesario. Hemos visto un gran uso de esta nueva herramienta por parte de algunas unidades militares. Si se usa apropiadamente, puede brindar una seria ventaja en esta guerra.

Este es mi reporte tactico del dia 2097

TLDR:
-Eliminar a Argentina de Peru
-Mantener la presión sobre Hungria en todos los frentes
-Evacuar Macedonia y Bulgaria a la seguridad


Que hace un Esloveno en Chile?
Hace tiempo en este año me movi a Nueva Zelanda para buscar la paz alejado del ambiente Esloveno, y la encontré. Nueva Zelanda es un pais tranquilo, alejado de las guerras y con agradbles ciudadanos. Pero despues que la situacion entre TWO y CoT se volvio hostil, yo sabia que NZ cambiaria de bando, principalmente por estar bajo control de TOveros Serbios. No queriendo ser parte de las tonterias de TWO, busqué otro lugar para vivir. Chile fue una facil decision debido a ser un pais incorrupto. altruista y por tener muchos Chilenos en mi lista de amigos.
