I am pleased to accept the great honor of being asked to serve as Vice MOFA for the Ukrainian government. I will remain in the eUSA during my service, and this will in no way impact my duties here, but I will be assisting in creating mutually beneficial diplomatic progress for both the USA, and Ukraine. The Ukrainians are one of America's dearest and truest friends, and we would be wise to seek a future where our alliance is recognized and used to further both our larger strategic goals in the eWorld.
