About Dictatorship: I was planning to make funds for Anti Dictatorship wars. If anyone would try to PTO us by Dictatorship module, we would and will fight against, with big CO. PM, MoD and MoF would debate about this. There would be log about how much money we got, how much we spent, etc..

It's not the most perfect plan, but, it's Royal! 😁
