PULSE Subsidy

Day 1,621, 06:12 Published in Belgium Belgium by Belgian Investment Bank

Dear eBelgians,

Here is a new program voted by the Congress to help you:

PULSE Subsidy

eBelgian citizens that use or start using PULSE can request a "PULSE Subsidy" of 1,000 BEF.

To request the subsidy, Citizens will have to create a thread in the proper subforum and to link their personal egov campaign' page (http://egov4you.info/citizen/campaign/citizenID) to allow the manager to verify that all is correct.

Citizens can receive the subsidy only once.

A citizen that decides to claim this subsidy, will have to use PULSE for at least 1 month. If it is discovered that the citizen's stats are not available anymore on egov4you, he/she will be blacklisted of all belgians citizens programs* until:
1) he/she starts again to use PULSE for at least a month (can only be done once after initial failure to comply with the requirement), or
2) he/she refunds the subsidy.
* after being discovered and informed (at least) in the topic where the subsidy was requested, the citizen will be given one week to comply to one of the requirements, before the blacklisting will apply.

If the citizen cannot participate for an extended amount of time (f.e. due to holidays), he/she should inform the subsidy manager in the topic where the subsidy was requested before being absent. In that case, the remaining part of the month that he/she should use PULSE will be put "on hold" and counted further at return, without further consequences.

The program will be managed by a person appointed by the President.

What is PULSE ? And how can it help eBelgium ?

PULSE is a complement/extension for the most used web browsers (firefox/chrome/safari) which allows to capture your battle data when you press the Fight Button. What does this mean? That we can make statistical data in real-time even while the eRepublik API is down and we can't collect data. The data is simply forked from the original data sent to eRepublik server, so it is completely accurate.

The datas collected are integrated on the egov4you website, which allow eBelgium to control our damages, knowing where our citizens hit, when, how many times and if they used the supplies given by the Government for example.

This is very interesting for eBelgium because it will allow us to know how many damages we can deal as a country, to get better prepared in case of war and to be able to control our damages to use them in the most efficient way...

For our citizens, i believe it is also nice because it will offer them live statistics about their damages, and they could get more involved than never and enjoy a new fighter's experience.

How to request your subsidy ?

1. Go to http://egov4you.info/Pulse/ and install PULSE if it's not done yet
2. Create a thread to request a subsidy and name it "PULSE - pseudo" on the erepbelgium forum here
3. Provide the link to your egov campaign' page
3. Wait for the manager to verify that all is correct and if it's the case you will receive your subsidy
4. Keep using PULSE (for ever if possible, one month minimum to not get blacklisted)

How to get access to your personal egov campaign's page ?

- Go to http://egov4you.info and click on "register" if you don't have an account yet (or "login" if you do)
- After registering, "link" your egov account to your erepublik account (it is safe)
- To access to PULSE datas, click on "citizen" then on "campaign" (the others pages are not updated due to the broken API).

eBelgium is working for you,
