There has been no election since I started as an ambassador, but since there is only 5 members of government I can list them all here.Ajburu is the Current President. Daniel Gardel is the current Minister of Foreign Affairs. Daniel Gardel,Riki Ramires, and Pechorin are the remaining congressmen. Part. SocialDemocrata Uruguayo and Partido Democratico Uruguayo are the only two parties who had candidates last month. Partido Democratico Uruguayo currently controls the government however with all members of congress and the president belonging to the party.
Uruguay is currently not in an active war with anybody. They were however under threat of a PTO from several Portuguese-Brazilians last month. Uruguay is a member of the AHA along with most other South American nations. The president in his most recent news article mentioned that they will soon be able to join in some war-games, but the "war in the north is delaying that" I assume they refer to war games within the AHA, but I am not sure.
Uruguay only has 1 region, Charrua. They bought a q5 hospital for that region on July 16th. They are also attempting to set up school companies, as well as an army for defense.
