Important announcement to all citizens of Cuba.

The Socialist citizens of Cuba unexpectedly found themselves in a revolutionary war, fought by a coalition led by citizens of Turkey. We certainly know what reactions such a radical change in the political climate will cause, and we understand your concerns.

While we are laying the foundations of a socialist entity in Cuba, it becomes our duty , while opposing the Imperialism which is a natural extention of the game dynamics, to make clear to the socialist citizens Cuba that our true intention is to make Cuba the Fortress of international Socialism just as it is in real life. We wish every every left leaning player in this e-World that the struggle we started is not simply something for amusement purposes, but the starting point of changing the political foundations of this game.

We have internalized the institutions which are the cornerstones of socialism both in real life and in eRepublik. Naturally, a socialist state will tend to strengthen itself to grow, and these steps in turn will lead to the birth of a socialist block.



With this in mind, we have decided to re-invigorate a system which we have used before, and are experienced with. The basis of the system is the development of “Baby” players, and thus lead to the long term strengthening of the country. Babies who fit the criteria to be announced later will be provided with the necessities of livelihoods, and especially the means for training ground upgrades and training contracts will be supported by a government supplied budget.

Due to our prior experience with this, bureaucratic delays will be minimal:

Fill in the application forms which will be published at certain times.
Receive the help you need at the right time.


Forms:

Forms will be provided periodically to determine who needs what kind of help. Information requested in these forms will be:
Your Profile Link
Your Division
Your Strenght
Screen Shot of your Training Grounds

3 different types of support shall be provided, and therefore 3 forms will exist.
1- periodic distribution of food (during wars, weapons might be included as well)
2- Support for the upgrades of training grounds during discount periods
3- Support for the purchase of 90% contract

Each form will include certain criteria; for example, to receive contract support, your training grounds should be at 4 4 4 3 or 4 4 4 4 levels

We will also publish an excel sheet which we call BabyBook, open for all to view; this will show your general information (str, level, div) taken from the forms, and updated regularly by us. This will serve the dual purpose of following up your progress, as well as having our activity database open and transparent to everybody.

In addition, to allow players who own companies to contribute to the Socialist Cuban State,
we will have a company form; to apply to this form, you will need to have :

1- All Training Grounds maximized
2- Have a contract.

They will then provide employment at minimum salary, and donate the proceeds of their companies to the state. They will in turn receive back their taxes and the salaries paid. In short, this will be a company pool whereby company owners will provide their companies for governement use at no expense to themselves.



Those who wish to participate are not obliged to use all their companies for the government, only the number they wish.

All production for the companies pool will be shared in our public database to provide transparency, unless there is a concensus that company information should be kept private; this would be a decision by the citizens of eCuba

Anuncio importante para todos los ciudadanos de Cuba:

Los ciudadanos socialistas cubanos, inesperadamente se encontraron en una guerra revolucionaria, luchando en una coalición liderada por un ciudadano turco.
Nosotros sabemos que reacciones tan radicales iban a causar en el clima de la política, y entendemos vuestros sentimientos.
Mientras nosotros estamos fundando de una entidad socialista en Cuba, que es nuestro objetivo, mientras nos oponemos al imperialismo que es la extensión natural de la dinámica de este juego, para aclarar nuestra intención es convertir a Cuba como el fuerte del socialismo internacional, como es en la vida real. Nosotros queremos que todo jugador de izquierda en este emundo luche., nosotros no hemos empezado esto solo por motivos de diversión, pero empezamos un punto de cambio en la fundacion de políticas en este juego.
Nosotros hemos internado la instituciones que son correspondiente al socialismo en la vida real y en erepublik.Naturalmente, un Estado socialista va a tender a fortalecerse para crecer, y estos pasos guiaran el nacimiento de un bloque socialista.



Con esto en mente, hemos decidido en reinventar un sistema usado con anterioridad, y con el que tenemos experiencia. Las bases del sistema es la investigación del desarrollo de los jugadores “Baby”, y que esto nos lidere hasta el largo término de la lucha del país. Los bebés que cumplan los criterios serán anunciado y será provisto con las necesidades de vivir, y especialmente significa los campos de entrenamientos mejorados y los contratos de entrenamientos que serán apoyado por los recursos del gobierno.

Dado que nuestra experiencia con estas demoras burocráticas seran minimas:
Rellene en los formularios que serán publicado en un cierto tiempo.
Recibe la ayuda que necesites en el tiempo correcto.

Formularios:
Formularios estaran provisto para determinias wuien necesita y de que tipo ayuda.La informacion requerida en este formulario son:

Captura de tus campos de entrenamientos
Hay 3 tipos diferentes de ayudas y por ello habrá 3 formularios:
1-periodica distribución de comida(en guerra, armas podrían ser incluidas)

3- Apoyo para el contrato del 90%
Para cada formulario serán incluido unos criterios😛or ejemplo, para recibir el apoyo del contrato, debes tener los campos a nivel 4 4 4 3 o 4 4 4 4.
Nosotros también un excel con lo que llamamos un BabyBokk, abierto a la vista de todos, esto mostrará información general (fuerza, nivel.división) obtenida de los formulario, y actualizado regularmente por nosotros. Esto servirá con la dualidad de seguir tus progresos, pero también para tener nuestra actividad de la database abierta y transparente para todos.
Los jugadores que tengan compañías y quieran contribuir con el Estado Cubano pueden hacerlo.
Nosotros tendremos un formulario de compañía, para rellenar este formulario, necesitarás tener:
1- Todos los campos al máximo nivel.
2-Tener contrato

Ellos serán provisto de empleados al salario mínimo, y donar los artículos producidos al estado. Para ellos serán devueltos las tasas y el salario pagado. En resumen , esta será una empresa mediante el cual los propietarios proporcionarán sus empresas para el uso del gobierno, sin costo alguno para ellos mismos




Los que deseen participar no están obligados a utilizar todas sus empresas para el gobierno, sólo el número que deseen.
Toda la producción de las compañías será compartida en nuestra base de datos pública para proporcionar transparencia, a menos que haya un consenso de que la información de empresa debe mantenerse privada ; esto sería una decisión de los ciudadanos de Ecuba

Bütün Küba vatandaşlarına önemli duyuru;

Küba'nın sosyalist vatandaşları belki de hiç beklemedikleri bir şekilde kendilerini başını etürkiye vatandaşlarının çektiği bir koalisyonun yönettiği devrim şavaşında buldular. Bir anda gelen ani siyasal değişikliklerin insanlarda ne gibi tepkilere sebebiyet verebileceğini elbette ki biliyor ve sizleri anlıyoruz. Küba'da bir enternasyonel sosyalist oluşumun temellerinin atıldığı bu günlerde bize düşen, oyunun da dinamiklerinin desteklediği emperyalizme karşı savaşırken aynı zamanda desteğine çok ihtiyaç duyduğumuz sosyalist e-küba halklarına gerçek niyetimizin sadece erepublikte enternasyonel bir sosyalist erkin normal hayatta da sosyalizmin kalesi olan Küba'da kurulması olduğunu anlatmaktır. E-Dünyadaki bütün sol görüşlü oyuncuların bilmesini istediğimiz, bizim başlattığımız savaşın sadece normal bir eğlence amacı taşımadığını aslında erepublik siyasetini temelinden değiştirmesini istediğimiz bir kavgayı başlatmış olduğumuzdur.

Sosyalizmin temelini oluşturan kurumlar tarafımızca hem normal hayatta hem de erepublikte benimsenmiştir. İyi bir sosyalist devletin zaten temel kaygılarından dolayı kuvvetlenememesi düşünülemez. Bu çerçevede atılacak tüm adımlar güçlü bir sosyalist bloğun oluşmasını da mutlak kılacaktır.

Bu bağlamda bizim daha önce kullandığımız ve tecrübeli olduğumuz çok efektif bir sistemi hayata geçirmeye karar verdik. Sistem temelde gelişimini tamamlamamış babylerin gelişim sürelerini hızlandırmak ve uzun vadede ülkeyi sistematik olarak kuvvetlendirmek üzerine odaklanıyor. Bu kalkınma hamlesinde ileride belirtilecek kriterlere uygun olan babylerin geçimlerini sağlayacak, ihtiyac duyacakları yükseltmeleri(upgrade) ve kontratlarını almalarında destek olacak para devletin atayacağı bir bütçe ile karşılanacaktır.

Ayrıca şirket sahiplerinin sosyalist eküba devletimize direk katkı sağlayabileceği bir çalışma sistemi için de baby olmayan oyuncuları kapsayan şirket formu olacak. Bu forma başvurunun önkoşulları;

1-Tüm train binalarını son seviyeye yükseltmiş olmak
2-Kontrat sahibi olmak.

Şirket formuna başvuranlar asgari ücretten maaş ile işçi çalıştıracaklar. Üretilen ürünleri devlete verecekler. Ödedikleri vergileri ve çalıştırdıkları işçilerin asgari maaşlarını devletten geri alacaklar. Yani bu şirket havuzu diyebileceğimiz sisteme dahil olan vatandaşlar devlet için herhangi bir para harcamayacaklar. Sadece üretim tesislerinin kullanımını devlete açacaklar.

Şirket havuzuna dahil olmak isteyenler illaki bütün şirketlerini sisteme dahil etmek zorunda değiller. İstedikleri sayıda üretim tesisi/şirketi sisteme dahil edebilirler.

Şirket havuzuna yönlendirdikleri üretim kapasitelerini kayıt ettiğimiz veritabanını şeffaflık adına diğer oyuncularla paylaşabiliriz. Ama şirket bilgilerinin gizliliği yönünde genel bir kanı oluşursa da bu paylaşımı yapmayabiliriz. Tamamen siz eKüba vatandaşlarının tutumu ile belirlenecek bir durumdur.
