I think the powers of the Prime Minister of ePakistan should be altered since HOC is a nominal position and the HOC is just like any congress member. I think the powers of the PM of Pakistan should be the following:

1) The HOC should be a different position and not ex officio Prime Minister
2) The PM of Pakistan should supervise all ministers alongside the CP
3) The PM could counterbalance some of the CP's decisions
4) The PM should act as CP is the CP's absence
5) The PM should be the head of government while CP remains head of state
6) The PM should be appointed by the CP but not dismissed by him
7) The PM could be impeached by the Congress like the CP
8. Although the CP would still reserve the position as the Chief representative and most powerful person in the nation, the PM would be the second most powerful person
