Population Statistics 19th December - Population Stats are back!

Day 1,125, 13:31 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Kevy Kev Kev Junior shabado

Hello and welcome back to Population statistics. Its been a long time. 6 weeks infact since my last Population article. Since then I’ve been unsuccessfully running for Country President of the UK. Oh Well. I’ll try again sometime.

Votes and Comments are always welcome. Subscribe if you’re new here! If you want to be really awesome you should shout this article out. 😃

For new readers of my article

I have gathered the latest figures on the population. I try to post a new article every other Sunday with updated stats and identifying a best performer and worst performer. As I have been away for so long this article will look a little bit different (6 week gap between stats) so bear with me. It should be interesting how much has changed over a month and a half though.

One more note. If Someone wants to use the images or just translate this whole article then you have my permission…however please put a link to track back to this original article. 😃

As it would take forever to summarize the events of the last 6 weeks in this article I’m going to link you to an article my friend Keram10 wrote for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He sums it up better than me anyway and it’s an awesome report. I’ll write a proper summary of events next time.

Winner

If I had to choose a winner over the last 6 weeks it has to be Serbia. Although they are out of Asia this does not matter anymore with the resource changes. The figures do not lie and Serbia has gained 5384 citizens in the last 6 weeks partly due to the new “Natural Enemy” Feature that has allowed them to take many Croatian and Bosnian regions. I think Serbia show once again that they are a force to be reckoned with. I wonder what would happen if they took on the Admin? Hmm. Maybe we’ll find out.

I, for one, welcome our new Serbian overlords. 😛

Finishing off the stats Serbia moved back up 3 places to regain the #1 spot with an impressive 42.21% growth rate. Congrats Serbia for being the winner for this 6 week period.

Loser

It saddens me to say that I have chosen Germany to be the loser over the last 6 weeks. This is another country to be affected by the new Natural Enemy feature. Shortly after being conquered by Poland, Italy and Sweden a few weeks ago the Natural enemy made it possible for the three to re-attack Germany without any cost. This now means that Germany is at constant threat from three EDEN Nations. Currently Germany is reduced to 1 region protected with French Borders but it doesn’t look great for the country that has a history of being attacked. Onto the stats Germany lost 1893 citizens making them move down 12 places to be 30th on the list whilst having a contraction of 66.61%. Unlucky Germany and like others I hope that the admins get rid of the free war proposal in the future.

Graphs

These graphs show the data in the table above in a format easier for the eyes. There are a lot of big changes because of the 1.5month gap between articles.

Other Notes

- A month ago only 5 countries had over 10000 citizens. Now 9 countries have over 10000 citizens

- Each country in the top 10 have gained over 1000 citizens in this time period; apart from Poland and Brazil; who have each lost over 1000. This is due to dead babies from small and regular baby booms the countries receive.

- Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) seems to be the best performing new country out of the 6 that were added; however it has lost nearly 2000 citizens since my last article. This has knocked them out of the top 10 and down 7 places to 14th.

- Romania seems to be one of the most stable countries in regards to population. Despite having nearly 10000 citizens they only lost 3 overall in 1.5 months. This suggests that they are stable and have a level inflow and outflow of citizens.

- Erepublik itself gained 27062 citizens with a growth rate of 13.77%. This is a pretty good rate and it makes it pass the 200k citizen mark that we dropped past a few months ago. We are still miles off of the 300k number we had prior to Version 2 but it's an improvement.

If you want to see information on Active citizens of the eWorld then I suggest reading dSoKre’s paper. He does some great articles (as evident being the #1 most subscribed paper in the eWorld)

Contest

There has been a bit of an issue with what the prize will be for the last few months. Usually I’ve given the winner a weapon of their choice but now I’ve decided to give out 0.5 GOLD per winner. It might not be much but it’s all I can afford. All you have to do to enter the contest is to comment below. 😁

Congrats to Arssen for winning last week’s contest. Please contact me for your prize. I used a random number generator to get the result.

As always be sure to Vote, Comment and Subscribe to this newspaper! A comment will give you a chance to win a Prize next time! If you're really cool you'd shout this newspaper out so I get more votes and comments!

Shiny. 😁
