Peace treaty between Lithuania and Belarus

1. With this agreement, oDdkID, current CP of Belarus, officially apologizes for breaking the last agreement and obliges to donate 50g to eLithuanian Treasury as a good will before day 1531.

2. Both Lithuania and Belarus will donate 150g to the United Kingdom as a deposit before day 1517. The deposit will be returned back to both countries at 5th of March, 2012, in case the Peace Treaty will remain valid until that time. In case one of the sides brakes the treaty, another side gets both deposits (300g) within 24 hours;

3. Both Lithuania and Belarus will set the vote to cancel the current NE to each other as soon as possible. In case of Congress dissaproval, Treaty is considered broken by the dissaproving side.

4. Both countries agree not to NE each other for the term of the Peace Treaty, except cases of mutual agreement regarding TW. In case of NE, first country to launch the vote is considered the one braking the treaty.

5. Belarus will let Vitebskyaya region to Lithuania until 5th of February, 2012 as a good will, by losing the battle for it no later than day 1519. Lithuania will pay no rent till 5th of February, 2012. 5h of Feb Lithuania shoud return Vitebskaya or prolong rent in new terms, based on a separate agreement. In case of any delays, delaying side will pay a fine of 10g to another side for every delayed day. Fine has to be payed within 24 hours after the delayed day. If the delayed side fails to pay the fine in time, it is considered one breaking the treaty.

6. Belarus takes responsibility for not winning RW in Vitebskaya during the rental period. In case of winning an RW, Belarus will pay a fine of 10g to Lithuania for every wasted letting/rental day. Fine has to be payed within 24 hours after the delayed day. If Belarus fails to pay the fine in time, it is considered one breaking the treaty.
