Come on, how would an "American-Serbian colony" look like? Think about it on your own for just a second.
If eUSA decided not to oppose eSerbia and TWO, what would eSerbia and TWO have from it? Some regions, perhaps, monthly pay, possibly, and, wait... That's what vassals do.
And now think, what would eUSA get from it? Protection, self-governing, most of the regions, peace...
And what did eUSA get from opposing TWO? Constant fighting, lack of regions, lack of incomes, players moving to other ecountries...

And finally, what is eUSA doing now, when a first step towards TWO has been made? Do you think that you'd have much time, or even any regions to even think about it if eUSA didn't sign a NAP with TWO?

From his self-taken pictures he posts online of himself it's easy to see he doesn't leave the basement much. Or it could be that he just brings home a few too many big macs and fries from his work. Sadly, i think only a few will see what you mean.

They are prepared to call you a traitor because you have a different policy, so they see you as a communits. It doesn't matter are you a communits, they either see it as their "patriotic" way ( which can be a tiranny as far as they're concerned ), or the communist way ( every other way that they say is not "patriotic" ). I know, makes absolutely no sense. It tok me a while to understand it too.
