Well, I was going through the eRepublik forum and came across many job offers from around the world. Some gave incentives to come to their nation and work.

<a>After the experience that I have gained, after a year ,on erepublik and in my economics class is that there are only two ways to maximize production:-</a>
1) Get Better Workers or
2) Get More Workers

In India, we can only consider the first option as an alternative yet as the real life Indians are not yet involved into this game, Thus we cant expect a Baby-Boom before V2 as new features will come and make the game interesting

<a>So, I suggest that we should do the following things:-</a>
1) Creating a pay scale which is different for:

Indians

---

Immigrants

---

PTOers, Others and etc.
2) They can be distinguished by the following ways:

Creating a work permit with Distinguishes b/w Indian and Immigrant

---

Making sure that the immigrants get work by showing their permit
3) Companies and Pvt. Orgs.

---

Giving companies operating in India an Operation Permit which will give them the benefit of accessing the worker permit holder information and send them offers to work at companies

We can create a census of the following:

---

&gt;Working Population

---

&gt;Immigrants

---

&gt;PTOers and Dead People or GHOSTS

---

We could charge companies a small sum for accessing the database of the Workers

---

We could increase our production and make our GDP and economy better
