Opinion on Atlantis: Fail

I got back from my one week holiday to Inverloch (great beach) and find that the world is in a slight disaster. Atlantis is falling apart at the seams, PEACE liberated Germany a day before a big inter-alliance meeting and something called the Hammer of Thor has appeared and may ruin our hopes of being peaceful with Indonesia. Say, if they start a resistance war in a region that Indonesia hasn't agreed to, and the government gets the blame... Then they might invade us and we will be doomed! So I really hope the Hammer of Thor dies.
The Crumbling of Atlantis
Not long ago, Argentina left Atlantis. I saw this as the breaking point for them, but much hardship had come before. The war in France, the war in Argentina, even the war in Russia, they all caused great tension. A member annexing a country just for resources, every taken region of a country being re-conquered, a small member being pressured by enemy forces from across the other side of the world... it was all bad. And that's why Argentina left.
Conservative Party President Desertfalcon wrote a great article (http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/atlantis-the-downward-spiral-and-how-we-got-here-722284/1) about the fall of Atlantis, and pointed out that Atlantis should split into smaller alliances. The USA, Canada and the UK would be part of an English speaking alliance, and they would all border each other.
He also said that Atlantis would get no more members since Chile would either join PEACE to prevent being invaded by Indonesia or stay neutral, and new South East Asian countries would join PEACE to avoid being invaded by Indonesia or Iran, the two most powerful countries in the game. And no one would blame them. It would be the smart thing to do.
I don't propose anything. All I propose is break up Atlantis into smaller alliances, since they can't really help each other much, anyway. Just break up and forget about it, PEACE is better.
The New Trend
It seems that not only Desertfalcon is blasting Atlantis, but many other people are, too! The President of the USA said here (http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-the-us-sucks-a-presidential-speech--722321/1) that not only did Atlantis suck, but the US sucked as well! Secretary of State Benn Dover has also been saying that Atlantis was spiraling down.
I looked for some anti-Atlantis stuff in the UK, but nothing there. Just someone blasting Benn Dover for using a decoder.
Jobs in Aus
I may have a bit of a economic article tomorrow, but I just wanted to point this out to higher-level workers: land jobs now have the best wages. for a skill of 4 you can get $10 a day and for a skill of 7 you can get $20 a day!
Manufacturing used to be that high, but now that taxes have changed, land jobs pay the best. So to any new players, here's a tip: start at a land company and in the future you'll be loaded.

hmm, scaring smaller countries into submitting into the alliance, PEACE sure are heroic and brave.
Like always ATLANTIS will soon win a couple battles and increase the stalemate or in about 2 months we see the whole world fly PEACE's banner and watch the alliance rip apart.
