Open letter from México to PEACE GC.
I wanna apologize to all the representatives of the Alliance. When I introduced myself to the Alliance and asked for the admission of Mexico in PEACE GC. I genuinely did not believe there was the smallest possibility of Mexico go to war with anyone, at least any soon. Several members of PEACE wrote me privately to ask, if Mexico was running away from something and wanted the help of PEACE. As I say back then, now I repeat once again, Mexico was not expecting a war.
My intention was to belong to something larger than ourselves, to engage in good business dealings with, (as in Mexico do not sell many products), and find some friends with big muscles so they frighten our future enemies. To all these, I swore that Mexico would not give problems. I gave my word. USA today has shown me that I was wrong. And because of them, I missed my word. Therefore, today, at this moment, I stood before you and ask an apology.

You don't have to apologise, it's not your faulf that the usa only picks the weakest targets... Mexico is an ally, and we'll do everything we can to help you.

I just want you to know, that the USA does not plan on keeping all Mexican regions, however we only plan on keeping a minority of useless regions, ones that have fake congressmen in them.
Fake congressmen left the country, so there is no need for USA to keep any region. This is just an imperialist move and your are trying to show the world that your are the good guys freeing a country, but obviously you are not. You are taking advantage of a small nation only beacuse you want blood and you don't have the gust to confront the big nations.

Note: Conquering a region does not make a congressman from that region lose his seat. I am a Congressman from the Northeast, and am still in Congress, because I moved to Central Highlands before the battle ended (to use the hospital there after fighting the invasion).
