Open Complaint Letter to the Admins

Dear Admins,
As the Director of the London Branch of the National Health Service in the United Kingdom I would like to register a complaint regarding the friends list.
The friends list in this Clinic seems to be only able to contain 2 pages of friends. The Clinic has received *and accepted* a lot more requests than is visible in the friends list.
The National Health Service in the UK (and similar initiatives worldwide) are a vital support in their country's economies. This Friends List Failure needs to be fixed admins.
I would also like to complain about the CAPTCHAs that seem to appear every 30 seconds while I am gifting London citizens. How many times do I need to prove to you that I am human in any single given session?
The regular metronome-like appearance of these CAPTCHAs cause unnecessary delays in gifting and more often than not I find myself throwing my hands up in despair and logging out. I return later when my patience has recovered somewhat.
I would like to thank you admins for your time and for creating an original and exciting (even though at times frustrating) online social strategy game!

Very much agreed. I run the West Midlands Clinic, and I have had to create a spreadsheet to keep track of the friends list because the in-game friends list is useless.

I think it is needed to prevent cheater like Javiboss do foodbombing
Perhaps the answer is to run a Google Docs type signup 'Clinic Application Form'?
With a little bit of work this could be linked to the wonderful screen scraping application that Json wrote....
The NHS directors shouldnt have to do that seb. There is a perfectly good setup that the directors could use if the admins would actually fix the friends list!

I dont mind being tested once or twice during the same session but when you have to gift around 30 citizens and the captcha screen pops up halfway through the gifting of almost every citizen... i think you will understand my frustration.
