On the Ceasefire
Bucephalus92
Greetings Bros,
Same goes for when you send us pictures ladies, hell were only human
As you are hopefully aware we have had an immensely important foreign affairs development announced by our president Josh Frost. For those of you who haven't the United States has agreed to a silencing of the guns with Spain and Poland the terms of which are as follows. (Taken directly from the presidents article)
II. Terms
A. The United States shall transfer 1 Million USD to Poland
1. 500,000 USD will be paid prior to any region being returned
2. The remaining 500,000 USD will be given over to a mutually agreed third party to hold and then paid on within 24 hours of the completion of the final
Resistance War
B. The United States and the forces of Poland, Spain and TWO-ACT shall not engage in any direct MPP battles (this does not prevent mobile forces of any of these nations from fighting each other in non-direct battlefields across the world)
C. Poland and Spain agree to cede control of all core regions of the United States back to the United States except for the following:
1. Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida
D. Poland agrees to cede the region of Baja to the United States unless a contiguous aluminium region is returned by agreement by both parties from the list in II.C
E. Poland agrees to not fight against the United States in RW’s to expedite the return of regions
With this treaty in place we will be getting all of our regions back except for the East Coast minus New Hampshire. New Hampshire has a coastline damn it, a whole 18 miles of it 😛
There are other sections outlining the enforcement and length of this treaty, and are explained in the presidents article. I know it sucks to surrender, and one million dollars certainly isn't cheap, but we have to start thinking long term. TWO has won for right now, theres just no getting around that. But what people have to remember is that this games changes, alliances come and go and nations rise and fall. There is never a true surrender in this game, only the conceding of a round.
What we have to think of now is consider the question, whats next?
Three months free of attack to rebuild our strength. Three months to gain more players. Three months to improve our coordination. Three months to rally support, and three months to finally finish off these PTOing scum. It doesn't matter how we get this done America, so long as we work hard and more importantly work together we can do this.

hahah ....so sad.
Whats sad is that you could play this game since 09 and still be a naive simpleton.
Sad is the US set this whole thing in motion 2 years ago when they tried to join one. Sad is when they invaded Canada and half of the MU's revolted. Sad is when they attacked other EDEN allies.
What a wonderfully biased and insane view of the last two years, don't forget to mention that we are all actually run by the illuminati who seek to subvert freedom and install a regime of flying unicorns. In conclusion, go eat a dick, you quite literally don't know what your talking about.
You mention three months repeatedly.
"Three months free of attack to rebuild our strength. Three months to gain more players. Three months to improve our coordination. Three months to rally support, and three months to finally finish off these PTOing scum"
I don't see anything in the terms which reference three months, so where is this three month concept coming from?
Read the original article that Josh Frost wrote about the treaty and you will see. Sorry I don't have the link on hand or I would have added that in this.
Thank you, I did read that article but missed this:
"IV. Length and Renewal
A. The treaty shall be deemed active for 3 months after its passage
B. If the undersigned parties choose to renew the treaty after the 3 months have expired, then they may do so.
1. If the treaty is renewed, the United States will not be requested or obliged to pay another 1 Million USD."
So we've paid one million USD to have our territories returned for about three months, since I'm not sure when the clock begins ticking. At the conclusion of which, we may still be at the short end of the damage equation and we lose our states again. The what? Do we pay another million after that?
I was neutral on this treaty because I could see both sides of the discussion. However with the three month length, I see it more as extortion.

Its hard to surrender, but remember that this game is cyclical, we aren't giving up so much as conceding a round. One million usd seems like a lot, but we have spent much more than that already to unsuccessfully rid ourselves of Poland, this treaty is a bargain. Without regions we have no hope of expanding our player base, and if we can't expand our player base we have no hope of turning the tables on TWO.
