<a id="Italy">Italy’s Withdraw from PEACE</a>

This week, we would like to congratulate Italy for being strong enough to do what few other nations were – they have left the PEACE Global Community. The Italian announcement came shortly after Graubünden, Switzerland, was liberated from Hungary, denying Hungary the ability to project its power onto Italy and Switzerland. <a id="Indo">Indonesia’s Withdraw from PEACE</a>

In a later development within the PEACE Global Community, Indonesian President Wander Forward announced that Indonesia is saying goodbye to PEACE. Indonesia still controls an empire carved out of land from India, South Africa, and China. Indonesia’s invasion of Sarawak, Malaysia, has triggered twenty-seven mutual protection pacts of war-game-hosting Malaysia, including one with the United States. This battle has also opened up free wars with Australia, South Africa, Iran, Thailand, Japan, and China. The situation in Southeast Asia and surrounding regions could become incredibly complicated in the next few days, and citizens are advised to look for orders from the Department of Citizen Orders.



<a id="France">Peace with France</a>

The President spoke about the need to end the long-standing war with France. This war was opened during Operation French Toast and twice was used to attack the United States during the more recent war. French President Lyne Faynel denounced the treatment of her country during the Day 712 Offensive in this article. She proposed the peace proposal, which passed in France 24-14 and in the United States 23-2. After peace between France and the United States became a reality, an impeachment proposal was started in the French Congress, but it is expected to fail. With the wars with Portugal and France now closed, the only nations the United States shares a border with and is at war with are Russia and the United Kingdom. Wars are also still open between the United States and Indonesia and Colombia separately.



<a id="Israel">Political Crisis in Israel</a>

During the Day 712 Offensive, Turkey invaded the Aegean Islands of Greece and opened up a free war with Israel, which had been silent until recently. Israeli President JMatH invaded the Mediterranean Coast of Turkey, activating eight mutual protection pacts of Turkey before retreating from the battlefield. JMatH won the presidential election by three votes. An impeachment proposal before the invasion of Turkey received a majority vote, but not enough to pass.



<a id="WarBond">War Bond Repayment Continuing</a>

Citizens who purchased war bonds have already begun to receive their money back with 2.15% interest. Serendipitous, Director of the Flying Unicorn Squadron, is continuing his efforts towards total repayment. Any citizens expecting payment who have not received it yet should hold their inquires, as the process is still ongoing.
