eUSA Presidential Election
With the recent military successes in eUSA, the public has shown their gratitude to Emerick by re-electing him to the presidency by 78.96% of the total votes tallied. Gaius Julius came in at a distant second with 12.56% of the total votes with the remaining 8.48% being divided among the 4 other candidates for President of eUSA. A total of 3488 voters casted their ballots on Election Day.

Coast to Coast!
Just a couple of weeks ago, eUSA was reduced to no high resources and just one state - Florida. With the help of our allies, we are happy to announce that we now have all of the states across the South from Florida all the way to Hawaii and have carved a path from Florida all the way north to Michigan! We now have more than half of our states plus the District of Columbia back in eUSA! A great deal of thanks should be given to our allies across the world who have worked together against PEACE GC forces to make all of this possible. We are grateful and will not forget the contributions of all who have fought, both domestically and internationally, as we continue to regain our lands.
Due to the nature of the rapidly changing situation on the battlefronts, citizens are urged to read and and subscribe to the Department of Defense’s Battle Orders. Members of the military are to check forums and follow the orders from your chain of command.

Trap Companies
Citizens are advised to beware of "trap" companies, which are companies that post wages much higher than the actual wage, tricking people into joining. If you are looking for a new job, do some research about the company first instead of automatically picking the highest wage. When you join one of these "trap" companies, you may be unable to work because of the lack of funds or raw materials. You can quit these companies right away, but many people, especially our newest citizens, may become discouraged. There is more to a company than the wage that is posted.

eUS Training Division
Join the eUS military and learn more about how to play eRepublik at the same time! If you are not currently part of the eUS Military and you want to learn and do more to defend North America, then consider joining the military by enlisting in the eUnited States Training Division (TD). Once you’ve graduated the TD, you should have enough knowledge to go in almost any direction you want in eRepublik. If you want to further your military career, you can move on to the Home Guard or other military divisions. Make your mark on the eWorld and enlist in the eUnited States Training Division today, the best eRepublik training program in the world!
The war has led to a large number of applications to the TD, so you may not get an immediate response because so many people are applying at once. Citizens are asked to remain patient for assignment to a platoon leader as soon as logistically possible.

Are you a citizen who is receiving orders about where to fight on your home screen? If not and you use Firefox as a web browser, subscribe to the eUSA Order Broadcast System. These battle orders will be updated several times a day for citizens who are not in the military. Military personnel, however, are to continue to follow the orders issued on the forum and through your chain of command.

As other important information our citizens need to know becomes available, it will be updated in this issue of The Briefing Room or, if this becomes available at a later time, a new issue will be released to keep our citizens informed.
