Notification of Irish Dictator election 2

As of the deadline specified of dayturn today (00.00 eRep time), there have been two applications for the post of Irish Dictator. Both these persons should now compose an article expressing why they should receive the popular vote (one already has). They should post a link to their article in the comments section below (assuming they want to).

The two people you will be choosing between are

Nogin the Nog (http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/1354776)

Details of how to vote will be given in the next bulletin on either Friday night or Saturday morning.

How can you have radical change?, the job is to push the buttons congress tells you to push, the dictator is supposed to be neutral and do as he/she is told.

If you want to change things you need to be either in congress or be elected CP, the dictatorship is about honesty and security not change.

nogin is eligible by 19 May 2016 and cannot be elected only valid candidate is cat boyd.

by default cat boyd thus won the referendum . nogin please stop down so cat can take your mantle.
