Notification of Irish Dictator election 1

This is the official notification that the election for Irish Dictator is open for those who wish to put their name forward. Below is a link to the constitution with particular reference to the section on electing the dictator and who is eligible to stand.

You have till dayturn on Thursday (00:00 eRep time or 08:00 Irish time) to nominate yourself. Once names are verified as eligible, these will be given in a follow-up article and those people will then have 24 hours to produce an election piece requesting votes.

A third article will then be issued giving details of how to vote and the deadlines for that vote.

The election committee consists of Liam Tatlock, Klynn and Rikian1776 and your request to stand should be sent by PM to one of these committee members.

I never said I would do it immediately or with my own money or that i would necessary want to be dictator. but if you want to be dictator just give me time to clear it with my soldiers. we can back a candidate for a MTO . no problem.

atm i am in a full bonus country with massive armies and 200 000 giveaway articles with armies of 750 men and that can keep their own in a battle contra to irelands usual 20 mil from 2nd place downwards. there is little motivation for me to return to ireland,

just for the record : nogin the nog would still remain ineligible to run as dictator just as she was ineligible to run the last time just as her vote in the alliance referendums was discounted for the same reason.

also for people that dont want ever increasing constitutions in their cloud just select not to save stuff in the root and put everything else in folders
