Q: Why did Rigour have sardines for lunch?
A: So he could wait for Northern Exposure with baited breath.
I'LL BE LISTENING!
"99% or Bust"?
Do I have to lay it out why we want 1%?
I'll be listening for sure.
enjoyed last weeks show, awesomenessnessnessnee]ssnessnessness
Funky, yes ~ that would be a good thing to do.
Import taxes moved to 1% for two reasons.
First, eCanada has embargoed half of the productive capacity in eRep so even a 1% import tax only provides an opportunity for "about half" of the new world.
Second, eCanada has weak production bonuses relative to other countries, namely China, Brazil and USA and simply cannot produce goods and raw as cheaply as they can. Having low import taxes provides eCanadians with access to these cheap goods in our domestic market. Note that with an import tax of 1% on guns and food, eCanada still earns VAT on imported guns and food.
I must say that I'm enjoying the US economy. Max bonuses and 0.002g per dollar are really paying off. Factoring in exchange, I am fetching about 106% more for my raw than I was in eCanada.
when is steve going to call in
