Yes the tittle says it...

Here i will highlight one of the newspapers that are to be commended for there work or at least for the effort they try to do.
I will give a short summary describing that paper and why this one was chosen.
And if possible(if the newspaper-owner agrees to it) i'll give a very...very short interview with its creator.


The newspaper is:

I have a hard time giving it a good and fair description, so i will ask you to read the answer of the first question. He says it better then i can.


Interview with newspaper owner/editor:

Question: Could you tell me why you started this newspaper?
Answer: Well freedompress started as an initiative to give more eBelgian media cover (the more the better right). I took a look at the eInternational media and probably because off the playerbase the most media aint writting in english while i am sure that there's a huge market for it in game.
Reason why i started whit my +/- weekly report called "country investigation" which has the goal to bring an eNation more familiar in eBelgiam and vice versa.
Also as i newly elected congressmember i plan on putting regular articles out here in the game which i am gonne call "congressalert" not everyone reads the forum, and i believe that constantly notifying people off whats going on out there will hopefully convince a few people to take a stepp towards the forum.

Question: How do you feel about the negative comments on your articles? Does it effect your articles you write after that?
Answer: To be short it doesnt, i've also read reactions off people telling me a good journalist shouldn't state his opinion. But i don't believe that, i am free to wright what i want and people may like it or not just like i can like or dislike an article/opinion. But that's no reason to start a flame war and people who try to start that really don't bother me. I just keep working on my projects in the hope to give more eInformation towards the citizens, if there's a blunt opinion between the articles then people are free to comment what they want, i am always open for debat.

Question: What are your future plans for your newspaper?
Answer: At the moment there are no plans to chance something to the newspaper, both the "congressalert" and the "country investigation" section will be the key off future articles.
Later on i plan on adding more things, but i am looking for an original theme, something that hasn't been done yet. Which is a lot harder that it sounds.

Question: Anything else you wish to share here? Last words, advice or promoting something...
Answer: Well thank you for the people who voted for me, and thank you for reading, voting, subbing my articles. I will continue my best to write more articles and keep people informed. Thank you also to the ministery off eEducation for supporting new newspapers which i find a very nice iniative which stimulates new players writing articles.
To new players who our doubting to create a newspaper don't be scared to give an opinion or write an article, investigation, intervieuws, fun articles, there are always ways to coop whit that statuere.
And lastly thank you tommot for organising this competion which i find a very inspiring and honarable idea.
