Newbies for presidency?

Hi all, hope this article be enjoyable for you all. I must start with a simple question,

Can a newbie be president of any country?

Im thinking its possible, but which are the conditions?

If it happens this newbie must have a very good counselor behind. I even consider my self as newbie in eRepublik from a lot of the stuff inside the game.

Can be posible to make a good team and a good period with a newbie in charge?

We can search that smart newbie and make team to get more fresh ideas to our countries goverments!!!

The newbie must ask a lot to learn how is the business around, so getting one in presidency could be a difficult task because the absence of experience. I think is posible if this newbie is well supported by the experienced ones.

In other hand, newbies are fresh faces that can make a good work with the right team. Can have newbies good ideas even not have the enough knowledge and experience?

I send the challenge to pick a newbie and make the oportunity!!!

Hope this one idea can be real!!

Who is newbie?
For me "newbie" is someone with one month in the game, but others players can say that a "newbie" is someone with two or three months. I think you need to say who are newbies for you, how many days/weeks/months?

I don't think a noob can get the hold of what it takes to be CP, as well as lacking the necessary popularity to get elected. But you can go ahead and try!
