My last article wasn't very descriptive and didnt have one of the main things I actually put into this program, so I'll post it here.

This program is a bit more detailed than most think, and should be really helpful for groups looking to keep the attention span of short-timers.

Details:

The Newb Militia Program will provide the following services for it's pupils:

-Basic courses in National Orientation, History (not implemented yet, coming soon), Wellness, Fighting, and Economics.
-Q1 food provided for two weeks*
-Advice, training, and sessions on IRC regarding any questions, comments, or concerns they may have regarding Erepublik.

Extended Classes Available:

-Advanced Government Theory and Global Economic Application (taken jointly). Cost = 3.50, and applicant must have passed the basic courses to take it.

What is required of the pupils:

-Reading of their course curriculum documents through googledoc.
-Making a list of questions or things they need clarified for the IRC session.
-Attending at least one IRC session per two days (required to receive food rations).

Payment Plans:

Flat Rate for All Class Plans is 2 units of Local Currency per class. This includes books (googledoc) and time spent, as well as one IRC Session to answer questions or elaborate where necessary.

Food Program: Cost for the Food program is .75 units of local currency per day per food. The Program Director will find the cheapest food and supply it, at his own cost if it happens to be more than expected.

Basic Package, Per Student:

-Basic Classes (Wellness, Orientaion, Economics, and Fighting) 2 Unit of Currency per student, covers all four classes
-14 Units of Food per student, factored at .75 units of local currency*#
-Availability of five IRC sessions per week, for mentoring/advice/classes from the Mentor. (0 Additional)

Total = 12.50 Units of currency Per Student

Basic Package, Group**

-Basic Classes (listed above) 1.25 Units of Currency per student, covers all four classes
-14 Units of Food per student, factored at .65 units of local currency*#
-Availability of five IRC sessions per week, for mentoring/advice/classes from the Mentor. (0 Additional)

Total = 10.35 Units of Local Currency per student

* Food program is not required to be a student for the Newb Militia. It is simply an option for groups looking to feed younger citizens in a cheaper manner, who also want to keep their citizens more active at a younger age. Larger groups may result in larger discounts. Please ask while negotiations are taking place.
# Payment for food in groups is required up front, payment for single students can be spread over two weekly payments split in half for the cost of food (.75 * 7 = 5.25 Units per week)
** For larger groups, a one time administrative fee of 5 Units of Local Currency will be applied.


A La Carte

-Advanced Classes - 3.50 for the combined two, as they take much longer to teach. There will, at some point in the next few weeks, be a class on Alliance (Mutual Protection Pacts) as well.
