For all you new players or even the new citizens of eJapan that is at a lower level, the Senpai/Kohai Program has been formed and currently operational to help provide you weekly food and an long time player to help you when you need it.

A Kohai is a new player just starting out, or a new citizen that is currently at a lower level. A Senpai is a long time player of eRepublik and helps guide Kohai's with any help they may need. The program also provides 200 Q5 food once a week to allow you to train, work, and even fight a little bit without costing you anything so you have a chance to save up your own money, but only in till your level 25, the benefits and requirements of the program will be listed below.

Its hard to find new players unless you speak out and let us know your there, so I'll release these articles on occasions to try and get you to message me (DankChronic) or post a comment. So if your interested in the program PLEASE comment or message me and I'll get you set up with a Senpai and donate you some food.

Senpai: A veteran citizen of eJapan who help guide the new players of eJapan.
Requirements:
- Minimum level of 30 (LONG time players under level 30 may be an exception)
- Cannot be in the same political party or military unit as the Kohai
Responsibilities:
- Must help answer any and all questions about eRepublik and eJapan.
- Help explain how to register on national forums and visit IRC.
- Distribute food to all Kohais under his/her guidance on a weekly basis.
- Check in on the Kohai on occasions, especially if you haven't heard anything for some time.
Salary:
- 750 JPY for every Kohai under the Senpai's guidance every week.

Kohai: A new citizen of eJapan
Requirements:
- Need to be below level 25
- Must be a citizen of eJapan
Benefits:
- 200 Q5 Food weekly till level 25
- Guidance from a Senpai
